REPAIR TO VARIOUS ROAD IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (WEST) JABALPUR

M&L Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m with paving bitumem, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings)depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and depth n. exc. 50mm deep including removing not exc 50m and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, granite trap or basalt with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L premix bituminous, macadam not exceeding 75mm thickness consoliadated/compacted using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% bitumen grade of (VG 30) grade binder content by weight of total mix laid/roled and compacted 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required camber and gradient using 20mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanica sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M&L Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled (using 8 to 10 Tone roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient using paving bitumen any enetration.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in metal tubular solar dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any dscription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 50 mm thick Sand cushion under floors or in foundations incl watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone sett/interlocking paving blocks of any description or thickness, laid bedded and pointed in any cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine p ressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M -40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) (40mm graded stone aggregates) in benching, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs dual direction speed-breaker having high intensity cube corner reflector ultasonic weldded to high impact resistant ABS plastic body of colour yellow and black of size 250x345x50mm (height) provided with steel nails .shape of side body to have interlocking pattern tokeep all speed breaker in row Cat Part No. GPL-07-06 Make GREENS/GREENLITE OR equivalent. Fixing arrangement: Anchor bolts + Epoxy mortar grout.all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix repairs polycarbonate reflective convex mirror of size 900 mm dia made of ABS/fiber/ppolastic body with upper collar complete with mounting hardware i.e. necessary clamps & nut bolts etc mounted on and including 65mm dia MS pipe having 2.0M length duly painted two coats with and including white or blue or any other colorsynthetic enamel paint as approved by Engr-in-charge over a coat of red oxide primer and fixed on the ground after necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, embeading the delianator on the ground with and including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate (minimum PCC block size 200 mmx200mmx200mm for proper grouting) complete all as specified as directed. Make of Convex Mirror of road star , Green Lite or Dark eye or Sun Lite as approved Engr-in-Charge and all as specified and directed by EIC.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces) for paver block, curve stone, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc complete.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs 17250.00 to be deducted during AOC
