LT distribution panel board, outdoor, cubical type, floor mounted fabricated out of MS sheet 3.15mm thick and angle iron frame of size 50x50x6mm, 90cm height complete with 4 Nos Copper Bus Bar 3 phase, 200 Amp mounted on porcelain insulators suitably spaced in totally enclosed chamber, wiring the panel board with suitable size PVC insulated copper cable and painting internallly and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embeded in brickwork in CM 1:4 not less than 45 cm above ground level with suitable foundation for fixing panel of required size in ground with nuts, bolts and washer etc. complete comprising of following:- Incoming:- (a) MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volts, current rating 32 Amp, 10 KA breaking capacity - 01 No. Outgoing:- (a) MCB, TPN, 415 volts AC, current rating 6-32 Amp, 10KA-01 No for street light. Steel conduit 20mm dia for protection of PVC copper cable from junction box to security light fixed on pole with suitable clamps (05 Nos), complete all as specified and as directed.

Junction box water proof outdoor type made out of SMC of external dimensions 250x250x150mm, sigle door type hinged with locking arrangement front operated with one number MCB 06 Amps capacity for housing 3 phase and neutral busbar including connecting the incoming/outging cables including cable glands , SMC coated coated clamps, nuts and bolts etc. all as directed and fixed to existing poles with mild steel flat of size 25mm x 4mm. LED street luminaries, 70/72 watt, powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with weather proof gasket of lamp and driver compartment with 120 degree view angle, lumen output > 100 Lum/watt, lumen maintenance > 70% at 50000 hours, colour temp 5000-6500K, CRI > 70, THD < 15%, PF > 0.95 and LM 80 test complaince. The driver must be inteated APFC circuit protection, reverse polarity protection against 5KV high and comply with IEC:60598-1, IEC:61000-3-2, IEC:61547. Dry lean concrete 100 mm thick (compacted thickness) having compressive strength 10N/Sqmm at 07 days) (using min 250 Kg /Cum OPC 43 grade) using grading as per Morth specification and as per mix design as in sub base of hard standing, spread rolled and formed or consolidated to required gradient, camber using mechanical paver and tenden vibratory roller with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing 125 micron thick polythene film over and including 25 mm thick sand cushiniong complete all as specified and as directed.
