PART-A (Road Work) Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. As per S.I. No. 4.1.8

Construction of embankment/Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with 2 K.M. distance all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. as per MoRT&H Specification 406.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25Kg./Sqm. on the prepared primed granular/old painted surface, cleaned with air compressor, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. (For DBM Surface). (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with higher capacity batch type HMT using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.00% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 505 Complete in all respects. (5.04) (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects. (Including cost of Bitumen)

Construction of un-reinforced, plain M-40 grade cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or Concrete paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per MoRT&H Specification no 602.

Supply & Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of 80 mm (Rubber molded Grey) (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work. As per Chapter no. 20 Sl No. 14

Coursed rubble masonry (first sort) with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level. 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). As per S.I. No 7.8

Construction of Drain, Hume Pipe Culvert Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification No. 13.08

Providing and laying a burried expansion joint, expansion gap being 20 mm, covered with 12 mm thick, 200 mm wide galvanised weldable structural steel plate as per IS: 2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8 mm dia. 100 mm long galvanised nails spaced 300 mm c/c along the centre line of the plate, all as specified in clause 2604. As per MORT&H Specification No. 14.17

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P.

Consolidation of machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 63~45mm size to water bound macadam of G-2 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming with crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering & rolling making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricadding etc. including the cost of all materials, labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of work as per MORT&H specifications no 404 (4.9)
