MAINT, REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF STREET LIGHT FITTINGS, XLPE UG CABLE, REPAIR TO PANEL, JUNCTION BOXES AND MCB, MCCBS INSTALLED AT NAYA RAIPUR MIL STN

Taking down street light/flood light fittings of any type and any make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix road lighting luminaires, 90 watts high power LED with unique peanut lens for uniform distribution, higher spacing between poles, maintanance free system for long life ,fixing it in bracket and connecting it with pole mounted junction box or to the conductor with 6sqmm 2core aluminum conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix flood lighting lumainaries with high power LED 120 Watt and unique flood optics , connecting it with pole mounted junction box/to the conductor with 6sqmm 2core aluminum conductor,and fixning it in angle/bracket arrangemnets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular poles 9 mtrs long with aluminium enamel paint including cross arms, clamps any size and nuts, bolts etc with one coat of aluminium synthetic enamel paint including preparation of the surfaces, free from finish particals and making the smooth surface and numbering on pole with black ground such as pole number and source of supply, painting with radium paint around the pole at width of 10cm, similar three rounds from 1.5 metre GL top on circumferance of pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair FRP junction box Size,IP-65, weatherproof outside dimension 155x210x92 mm,IP65 protection with plain wall for cable of size 25sqmm ,size 126x228x111 (min)including 20mm connetor MCB 6Ampp SP -01 Nos with suitable bus bar arrangements and fix on pole with and including MS clampd out of 25x3 mm MS flat iron,nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

Taking out carefully existing unserviceable LT cable from pole, panels and trenches any size any capacity and removing connection from existing switch board/ over head line etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE, insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of 6 sqmm, 2 core cross sectional area for connecting street /flood lights from bracket to pole mountewd boxes including connecting/ jointing with lugs all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, lay and testing XLPE, insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade of 25 sqmm, 4 core cross sectional area laid in trenches/ poles/ ducts/ pipes or through sleeves etc., including connecting/ jointing with lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out for laying of pipe cables etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returing filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick with earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for dry river washed and screened dry sand for filling in trenches below and around the cable for cushioning including punning down as specified in relevant clause of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 2 flat size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix light grade galvanised iron tube 40 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floor, pole or laid in trenches and road crossings including sealing ends with hession cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed with walls / poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix light grade galvanised iron tube 50 mm bore with all fittings and fixed to walls / ceiling or laid in floor, pole or laid in trenches and road crossings including sealing ends with hession cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed with walls / poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F insulating transformer oil conforming to IS-335 for filling, toping up of transformers duly filtered having dielectric breaking strength 50 KV for one minute and ISI marked in sealed container complete all as directed.

S & F fresh filling silicagel 0.5 Kg capacity in non metallic transparent enclosure for transformer breather upto 63 to 250 KVA complete as directed.

Supply and fix 11 KV, HV/LV porcelain bushing with gasket set suitable for step down transformer upto 160/315/1600 KVA capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Filtration of the old transformer oil for dehydration at different location incl testing of oil & after Filtration of old transformer oil the dielectric strength should not be less than 40 KV at 4 mm gap for duration of one minutes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. : Do not pay separetly for opening and re-fixing of transformer of any capacity.

M and L for Overhauling of transformer of 160 KVA , complte with all accesseries, replacement of any accesseries , oil pressure gauge including requirment of all accesories any type at site during overhauling of transformer at site, transformer oil the dielectric strength should not be less than 40 KV at 4 mm gap for duration of one minutes ,temp gauge and painting with one coat of red oxide over with a one coat of synthetic enemel paint of colour as exhsting all as prer required at site.

M and L for Overhauling of transformer of 315 KVA , complte with all accesseries, replacement of any accesseries , oil pressure gauge including requirment of all accesories any type at site during overhauling of transformer at site, transformer oil the dielectric strength should not be less than 40 KV at 4 mm gap for duration of one minutes ,temp gauge and painting with one coat of red oxide over with a one coat of synthetic enemel paint of colour as exhsting all as prer required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling insulator any type and any size complete all as directed.

Material and labour pin type insulator of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia porcelain vitreous white or brown/green insulator for working pressure HT, 11000 volts with one galvanised spindle and two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised nut complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disc type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator working pressure 11000 volts including galvnised mild steel straps of size 38x5 mm, 150 mm height and 150 mm dia, insulator bolts, washers and nuts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, repair and maintenance of street light/ perimeter light/ flood light fittings of any make and type on LT poles of tarmac / buildings and replacing any unserviceable/ defective parts such as nuts/ bolts/ PVC connector etc., if required and keep the light fittings in working conidtion through out the period of contract at one time payment, refixing the fittings at its original location with proper alignment and making good disturbed surfaces with excisting surface complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, adjustable type, front operated with two suitable position, 630 amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 50 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, adjustable type, front operated with two suitable position, 400 amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, adjustable type, front operated with two suitable position, 200 amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, adjustable type, front operated with two suitable position, 100 amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 35 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 4 pole, adjustable type, front operated with two suitable position, 63 amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 35 K complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs MCCB, 3 pole, fixed type, front operated with two suitable position, 25 to 100amps, 50 Hz, 415 volts with rupturing capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix feeder pillar sheet metal box outdoor type ,aluminium bus bar with proper rating and incoming and outgoing arrangements, 500mm height from ground, and suitable for connecting 2/3.5/4 core aluminum conductor with proper grouting arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay aggregate 40 mm size in installations ,after removing the vegetation from the area about 10 cmm below ground level and spraying one layer of crushed stone and sand mixture complete all as specified and directed.

M and L for repair to exhisting LT panel ,disconnecting all cables, MCCB from panel, proper cleaning of bus bar, welding of door if required for proper closing of panel , making proper arraangement for cables ,identfying cables and marking the supply area in front door of panel , fixing all MCCB and connecting all supply cables, testing all phases ,and painting of both sides of panel by one coat of red oxide and one coat of exhsiting colour and with proper lugs all as per required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note : Some excavation work may be required and paid in relevabt item.

Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of schedule of credit amount of Rs. 40,940.00
