Dismantling Work: Dismantling of existing brick walls including plaster, lintel, partition walls, all types of flooring including its bed mortar, skirting, Dado, old Plaster, platform, counters, wall tiles PCC below floor up to parent slab cladding, false ceiling, partitions, panel, molding,doors, door frames all hardwares of any, and all hardwares all Existing Plumbing supply lines (Concealed/Exposed), piping's, valves, fittings, fixtures etc.and carting away the unused dismantled materials, debris from the Canteen of C7 Building to the outside of the Bank`s premises through trucks / lorry etc. to the dumping yard / any other area designated by the local Municipal Corporation / Local Authority.Contractor should verify the actual qty of dismantling before quoting their rates for the same. PCC Levelling Course Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete PCC 1:3:6 (Cement 1: Sand 3: Coarse Aggregate 6) in levelling coarse in proper line and level, curing, etc. all complete as directed by the Bank`s Engineer. The cement used shall be Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) of 43/53 grade, while the coarse sand will be clean and well-graded, free from organic impurities or excess silt, to ensure proper bonding and durability. Brick Work: Providing and constructing single brick thick masonry partition walls by using well burnt good quality locally available full-size bricks in Ready Mix Mortar of approved manufacturer, providing intermediate stiffener course at every 9th layer of brick work with RCC band with 2 nos. 8mm dia. steel rebar laterally supported by 8mm dia. steel bar pins @ 300mm c/c, racking the joints, curing, cleaning, etc. including providing necessary scaffolding, etc. all complete as directed by the Bank’s engineer. The rate shall also include all required shuttering/centering/all materials, tools required for completion of work.

Polymer Plaster Repairs: Providing and repairing the damaged R.C.C members like columns, roof slabs, beams, lintels, etc. comprising the following: (Please refer unpriced schedule of quantities of tender for complete details)

Readymix cement plaster: Providing and applying average 15 mm thick internal plaster in single coat on wall surface by using Ready Mix Mortar of approved make including applying a base/dash cement mortar coat to brick wall surface after applying cement slurry, providing required scaffolding, curing, etc. and finishing the plaster surface smooth to receive further finishes with punning/paint, etc. all complete as directed by the Bank’s Engineer.

Chemical waterproofing coat to interior wall surfaces at dampness affected area: Providing and applying two or more coats of approved chemical treatment on the wall plaster surface over one or more coat of water proofing putty wherever directed to prevent capillary seepage/ dampness including surface preparation by scrapping the thoroughly the top layers of paint/ putty/plaster as per requirement to expose the plaster/brick surface to the satisfaction of the Bank's Engineer, etc. all complete. CORE CUTTING: Making core drill holes in existing R.C.C walls or beams for the installation of propeller/exhaust fans of required size by hiring necessary core cutting tolls including scaffolding., etc. all complete as directed by the Bank`s Engineer.

Providing and fixing 20 mm dia. CPVC Class 1 SDR 11 pipes confirming to IS:15778 with IS mark, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plains and brass threaded fittings as concealed line in wall including fixing the pipe with necessary clamps and concealing with CM 1:4 , testing the pipe lines for its watertightness, etc. complete all as directed by the Bank`s Engineer. The rate shall also inculsive of making chases of size 70mm X 70 mm in wall & filling with cement mortar, etc. all complete as directed. Note:The provision of necessary brass threded fittings shall be provided in pipe lines for fixing two way bib cock, angle cock, stop cock, etc.

Providing and fixing 32 mm dia CPVC Class 1 SDR 11 pipes confirming to IS :15778 with IS mark, having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply, including all CPVC plains and brass threaded fittings as concealed line in wall including fixing the pipe with necessary clamps and concealing with CM 1:4, testing the pipe lines for its watertightness, etc. complete all as directed by the Bank`s Engineer. The rate shall also inculsive of making chases of size 70mm X 70 mm in wall & filling with cement mortar, etc. all complete as directed.
