Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of RTS rods for reinforcement for various members including cost of steel for all RCC works as directed by TWAD Board Officers. The rate to include the cost of binding wire also.

Painting two coats with approved cement paint best quality over the plastered surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing etc., complet. The quality, shade/ colour of paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer.

Supply and Delivery and fixing of outside MS Ladder of 45cm clear wide made out of 50 mm x50mm x 6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16 mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm C/C welded jointed etc ., providing with suitable side supports, clamps and locking arrangements provided with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of redoxide paint , for providing access to roof top of OHT of suitable inclined length , including bottom anchorage and transportation and as directed by TWAD Board officers. The rate includes concrete bed block in CC 1:2:4 using 20mm HBGS at top and bottom of suitable size with necessry anchor bolts.

SPECIFICATION : The RCC Ladder should be made up of 2 ribs of size 0,12 m x0,10 m inner width, the concrete should be of M.20, 8 mm RTS rods for stirrups at 30 Cm c/c and 8 mm RTS rods for steps with 4 nos of RTS rods as distribution.

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Refilling the foundation with excavated earth including consolidation as directed by the TWAD Board officers
