Earth work in excavation in foundation in all types of soil including lift upto 1.5M and lead upto 30M and including back filling ,watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between or into the plinth with removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30M from the foundation tranches.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III and thickness as per specification clause 405.2

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading III and thickness as per specification clause 405.3

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-A) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness by manual means composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, by manual MORD Technical specification clause 508.

Providing and applying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510..
