Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels: Raj Nagar Plain white marble/ Udaipur green marble/ Zebra black marble : Area of slab over 0.50 sqm. DSR 8.2.1.2

Dismantling clay brick tile cladding laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wall lining facing with brick tile (Thickness as provided by the manufactureres specifications) having 10mm deep & 10mm wide horizontal & vertical staggered joints and to be fixed over brick/RCC wall, beam, slab etc. with 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3 coarse sand). The joints shall be properly recessed and finished. The tiles in corner shall have recessed joint by overlapping one tile of one side over another tile from apposite side of wall. The complete work shall be executed upto five floor level as per Arch drg and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
