Road Work: Clearing and grubbing road land including up rooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per MORTH Specification Clause 201. (I) By Manual Means (A) In area of light jungle.

Removal of telephone/electric poles with wires including excavation and dismantling of foundation concrete and lines under the supervision of concerned department, disposal with all lifts and upto 1 lead of 1000 m and stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material separately as per technical specification clause 202

Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet required of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause.

Construction of granular Sub Base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layer with by tractor with grading attachment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per technical specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premising the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (pug mill) carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100Kn weight to achieve the desired including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per per Table 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification clause 406. By Mechanical Means, 1km lead

Prime Coat I) Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (CSS-1) on prepared surface of granular base/WBM/WMM including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat iii) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared dry hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finished to the required grade, level and alingment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504

Semi-Dense Bitumen Concrete (Providing and laying semi-dense Bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch HMP produching an average ouput of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd grade level and alignement rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieved the desired compaction as per MORT&H cl. no.508.complete in all respect. B. (ii) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for grading II (10mm nominal size)

Providing and erecting of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflected sheeting vide clause 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 2mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below level as per approved drawing and sign.(All the steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) 90cm equilateral traingle

The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MOSTH&H specification.
