Clearing weeds including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth p to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared., within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blassting hard of soft rock by chiselling such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing 3 layer 100mm nominal bore PP-R (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipes confirming to IS:15801 UV stabilized & anti - microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all PP - R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings, including trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Submersible Monoblock Pump Set of KSB/B.S/Johnston/SU/Lubi/ crompton make comprising to relevant B.I.S. code. The Pump should be fitted with free fine impeller of suitable alloys as per BIS 5659-1978 with upto date ammendments suitable for Raw/clear water having greased packed bearing and shall with wound stator on motor side and with shaft protection on pump side ensuring petter life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be fitted with a divice to take up expension of water with the heating of motor. The squirrel cage electric induction motor (Water-proof type of suitable H.P. motor of same make as that of pump confcorming to BIS-9287-1979 latest with upto date ammendments totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermedaite casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and greased packed lubricated bearing and providing with stainless thurst bearing plate to with stand the vertical load with minimum wear and tear and suitable for operation on data given below : Total Head:- 20.00 Mtrs. Providing and laying 80mm thick cement concrete paver block of of M 30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Steel Work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of re lead paint.( In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.) complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.
