SCH 'A' PART- XXVII : SIGNAGES WORKS
Composite Signage Ceiling hung : Composite signage, false ceiling suspended type, having 2 or 3 assorted pictograms/ text about department/ clinic/ ward type along with direction arrows on either side of the floor depiction in figure as well words, on either face readable from both sides, made up of 0.8mm thick standard modular aluminium graphic arc double surface panels. The Aluminium panel shall be secured with five Abs supporting strips (Polka Model PL-317) in size, for 1500mm over all length, two of which shall be at the end. A pair of Arc hidden aluminium extruded cum slotted rails fixed to a double sided aluminium extruded fixing rail to full length of panel shall be clipped on to the Abs Supporting strip at two designed points having built in clipping device. The ends of the united pair of Arc hidden rails shall be plugged with Arc double surface end cover on either end Text letters/ pictograms duly electonic plotter cut in coloured vinyl shall be pasted on to the powder coated surface of the aluminium panel. The signage unit shall be suspended from ceiling with custom designed stainless steel suspension rods as per fixing detail. Floor Directory Sign. Floor directory Signage unit on wall surface. The unit shall comprise of flat sign series of Aluminium anodised extruded top flat panel 124mm wide & subsequent number of flat panels 62mm wide on required basis (model 2124 and 2062 respectively), edge progile (model 2303) on either side. The unit shall measure 600x124 mm +62mm x number of panels required on each floor. Number of flat panels shall be 13 at Ground Floor, and 5 at basement floor. Each of the flat panel shall be provided with 4 numbers 31mm low height plastic holders (model 2502) for sliding in edge profile. The edge profile shall be provided with plastic pole cap on top and bottom end (model 2559 for left side and 2560 for the right side). The unit thus formed shall be fixed on 12mm thick MDF board duco painted of shape as per drawing, which in turn shall be fixed to wall surface using wood screws and rawl plugs.
Door Plate Sign. Door Plate Sign shall be laser cut 3 mm thick ACP pasted over 3mm thick coloured acrylic measuring 120x180mm. The ACP shall have CNC router cut pictogram/ words as per facility use. The Plate shall be fixed on door shutter with 4-12mm dia black powder coated steel studs. In case of DPS/B, DPS/Ba, DPS/W&DPS/Wa the size of plate shall be 120x120mm.
