M&L for cleaning of internal surface of existting 10000 Gallons capacity steel PS OH tank installed at height of 40' to 50' by scraping with brush, rubbing down scales, dirt, sludge etc and washing with clean water using bleaching powder/ caustic soda and taking all rubbish from the tank, removing the same to a distance not exc 50 m and applying filling compound to fill joint gap internally including two coat of black bituminuos anti corrosive paint suitable for drinking water over a coat of red oxide primer internally after cleaning and writing the date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning external steel surface of existing PS OH tank installed at height of 40' to 50' by complete removal of old paints/ rust by applying detergent/ scrapping/ wire brushing/ sand papering and washing with clean water and painting of external surface of PS OH tank complete with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including painting of complete structure, sluice valve and connected all pipe lines from tank to borewell as per colour coding complete all as specified and directed. Note- Work shall be carried out in safety norms and all safety should be provided by the contractor and no extra claim shall be admissable at later stage.

Material and labour for mild steel bracing/ channel/ angle iron support fabricated from structural steel sections including MS Nuts, bolts and washers with necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size for connecting ledder plates including platform for every 10 feet height for overhead tank on height of 40' to 50' including two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair of water level indicators by changing the nylon rope into SWR 6 sqmm dia of existing length, greasing and repair to rope guide pully including replacement of unsceviceable float ball at over head tank of height 40' to 50' complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for opening of BP Dozer of capacity 24 Gallons, cleaning inside of the BP Dozer including prepration of rusted existing surfaces and painting with two coats of alumimium paint externally and two coat of black bituminuos anti corrosive paint suitable for drinking water over a coat of red oxide primer internally complete after & including replacement of following under mentioned items with new suitable for 24 Gallons BP Dozer complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Best quality bladder complete - 04 Nos (b) Top plate & nozzle assembly - 04 Nos (c) Stop valve 1/2" - 04 No

Supply and fix in replacement of butterfly valve of size 100mm (backwash filter valve) for pressure filter of 10000 gln capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI venturi of size 100 mm dia having arrangement for dosing of bleaching/ altoch Gp solution complete suitable for 24 Gallons BP dozer all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of automatic star delta motor starter suitable for 415 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, upto 20 HP submersible pump set including single phase preventor, over load relay protection, timer, contactors, pannel mounting type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated flat copper conductor submerssible cable, water proof of size 10 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, multistranded as per IS 694/2010 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated flat copper conductor submerssible cable, water proof of size 6 sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade, multistranded as per IS 694/2010 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for prepration of internally old painted steel/ iron surfaces of pressure filter & oxidation chamber by scrapping and cleaning of internal surfaces and applying two coats of black bituminious anti corrosive paint suitable for drinking water complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for complete opening of iron removal pressure filter & oxidation chamber of capacity 10000 GPH and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravells), stainers and nozzles, removing (except serviceable for re-use) and depositing filter media to a distance not exceedding 50 m including necessary repair/ welding to make the pressure filter vessels complete water leak proof for improving the strength and finally reassembling the pressure filter including filling of new stainer, gravells & sand in existing position including replacement of worn out gasket and nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Nozzles, stainers, gravells shall be measured and paid seperatley).

Supply and fixing PVC push type/ threaded type strainer suitable for filteration plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and filling in layers filter media sand as per existing size suitable for use in filteration plant complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm spread any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring/ drilling (horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing (maximum 10mtr in width) suitable for passing water pipe line upto 110mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old GI pipe with fitting of 20/25/50 mm bore from surface/ trench including dismantling and removing materials from work site complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earthwork shall be measured & paid separetely)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing 3 layer PPR Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PPR plain and brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches / wall/ surface including all fittings of outer dia 20 mm, SDR 7.4 (PN-16) complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earthwork shall be measured & paid separetely)

Material and labour for construction of valve pit chamber of internal dimension 40 x 40 x 40 cm with sub class 'B' bricks in cement mortar (1:4) and 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4), PCC (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6), type C1 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bedding and copping MS frame with 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron and 3 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangements, hinges and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface, two coats of white wash on plastered surface (exposed to view) including necessary excavation in soft/ loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete including dismantling of old complete all as specified and directed.

Chemical Analysis (Turbidity,PH Total Hardness, Iron, Chloride, Suplhates, Fluorides, Nitrates , Calcium, Arsenic) of Raw water (before filteration) and filtered water (after filteration) for Pump Houses No 1,2,3 & 5 at 42 Wing AF Mohanbari from government labortory or NABL accredited labortory as per IS 10500 on quarterly basis, including collection of water sample and arrangements for sending the water to labortory,for testing and submission of the test report complete all as specified and directed. (i) For set of one borewell (both after and before treating) will be measured as one job and testing will be carried out on quarterly basis for each Pump House)
