Construction of granular sub-base (For Grading III Material (CBR Value minimum 20))by providing well graded material / Close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN / Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 MORD / MORTH.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with Nominal Mix of VCC (1:2:4) M20 grade with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints with High performance expansion joint filler board / using concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD but excluding cost of High performance expansion joint filler board/ concrete cutting machine with diamond studded saw & GST

Groove Cutting of 2-4 mm for 1/3rd depth of concrete slab using concrete groove cutting machine with diamond studded saw within 24 hours of casting of CC pavement etc. complete including subsequent widening of the groove 8 to 10mm, wide at top having deprh of 15mm, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including all for finished item of work.

Construction of Gravel Shoulders by providing Natural Gravel and spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface and spreading with irrespective thickness in layers including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges Seignarage charges, etc, complete.

Earthwork in excavation for structures by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. & Seigneorage charges

Providing concrete for plain concrete M 10 grade in open foundations using 40 mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. & Seigneorage charges

Plain cement concrete M 15 grade using 40, 20 & 10 mm metal mechanically mixed in Foundation complete including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH, including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST. & Seigneorage charges

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M25grade (Design Mix) using 20 & 10mm metal mechanically mixed in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 MORD / Sections 1500, 1600 & 1700 MORTH ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST& Seigneorage charges upto 5m height for slab over drain.

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202 MORD / 1600 MORTH, for Bars below 36 mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded ,including overhead charges & Contractors profit but excluding GST.& Seigneorage charges in foundations
