Operation and routine maintenance of fire detection & alarm system comprises of the fire control/zone panel, smoke & heat detectors, response indicators, manual call points, hooter, batteries, complete circuit wiring for detectors, RI, hooters etc for satisfactory operation of system and deputation of following minimum manpower on all days including sunday, holidays but excluding weekly off: (a) Skilled operator - 01 No. (b) Semi skilled operator - 01 No.
Repair & maintenance of fire detection & alarm system comprises of fire control/zonal panel, heat/smoke detectors, response indicators, manual call points, hooter complete circuit wiring for detectors & batteries for satisfactory operation of system as per scope of work obtained in "Special Conditions of contract" to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.The work includes visit of Service Engineer as and when required.
Refilling of following type fire extinguisher of different capacity as and when required including transportation to & from the site (Leh Airport) etc complete as required.
CO2 - 2/2.2 kg capacity
CO2 - 4.5kg capacity
CO2 - 6.5kg capacity
Dry chemical powder (cartridge type) - 9 Kg capacity
Mechanical foam, 9 Litre
Mechanical foam, 50 Litre (cartridge type)
Hydraulic Pressure testing of following type fire extinguishers as and when required inclusive of transportation to & from the site (Leh Airport) etc complete as required.
