Disconnecting the electrical connections from LT panel board, taking out from sump well 40 HP electric motor non clogging self priming 100x125 mm size Horizontal/ vertical type disconnecting input and output sewage connections by manual/mech arrangements, dismantling the motor and carrying to workshop for repair and carrying back the after repair, reconnecting with pump set, fixing on foundation in sump well and testing, commissioning to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No 1 here-in-before but 20 HP pump set non clogging self priming 100 x 125 mm size.

M & L for rewinding the electric induction motor 3 phase 400/415 Volts 40 HP, 50 C/S by opening the same carefully removing all windings and cleaning the slots properly and rewinding the same with copper binding wire of existing guage including providing paper insulation sheets, bamboo sticks and applying two coat of varnish for proper insulation, reassembling the motor, testing and commissioning of motor on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete and all as directed and specified.

M & L for rewinding the electric induction motor 3 phase 400/415 Volts 20 HP, 50 C/S by opening the same carefully removing all windings and cleaning the slots properly and rewinding the same with copper binding wire of existing guage including providing paper insulation sheets, bamboo sticks and applying two coat of varnish for proper insulation, reassembling the motor, testing and commissioning of motor on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge complete and all as directed and specified.

M & L for rewinding the submersible electric motor 3 Phase 400/415 Volts 05 /7.5 HP 50 C/S by opening the same carefully removing all winding and cleaning the slots properly and rewinding the same with PVC insulated copper binding wire of existing guage (Make: Devidayal or equivalant as approved GE) including replacement of oil seal & water seal, refilling of oil, lubricants as per existing sizes, ressembling the motor,testing and commissiong of motor on full load to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge ( including taking out and lowering in position in well of submersible Pumping set )and all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the electric connection from LT Panel board, dismantling pump set non clog self priming 100 x 125 mm size horizontal/vertical type suitable for 40 HP motor complete after diconnecting input and output sewage connections by manual/mechanical arrangements and taking out pump from sump well including dismantling the pump and replacement of unserviceable part ie , steel metal bushes,bearing , nut bolts washer etch cleaning and ressembling the pump and type of machine work ie making shaft and reaming bushes etc, and transporting back the same after repair,reinstalling with motor, fixing on foundation in well and testing,commissiong to the entire satisfaction of Engr- in-Charge. (Including taking out and lowering in position in well of pumping set) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the Monoblock/Tulu pump set 1.00 HP, single phase 230 Volt and carrying the pump to workshop for repair, replacement of required parts such as CI impeller, nut bolts, bushes, packing sheet etc.,servicing to motor, greasing etc including rebinding of the copper winding and making ready for fixing, bringing back the pump set and fixing in foundation and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaining of sewage well from bottom by means taking out soild sludge/sewage wastage to be disposed out side MOD Land from the starting point all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Sze of well 5 to 7 metre depth , 6 to 8 metre dia approximate ) Sump well 5,6,7,11,12,13,14 & 15.

Supply only nut bolt with washer for suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for replacement non clog sewage submersible pump capacity 35 HP 3 phase 415 V of flow rate 60 to 70 LPS each at 20 mtr head Including with required lenth and size of submerseble cable as per suitable capacity and necessary fixing on plateform complete all as directed and specified.Make -kirloskar
