Supplying and making end termination with brass Compression gland (Double compression glands) and Aluminium lugs for following 3.5/4.0C size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make:Dowells/Johnson. a) 3½ / 4 X 70 sq. mm (38mm)

Cutting road and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of materials i.e. agreegate, moorum screening, red bajri and labour required. Water bound macadam.(0.15 x 0.4 x 34)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tampling complete.(0.15 x 0.4 x 34)

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.

Alignment of cables for proper cable end terminations, in the soil, dismantling of unwanted existing cables, panels and switchgears as per the direction of E-I-C and depositing them in the yard.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe ISI marked / Jogeetha : Make along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. suitable for a cable size of 4Cx70 Sq.mm power cable. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in the existing trench, all complete as reqd. a) 63mm dia (PN-6, PE-63).

Providing, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings in existing trench (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required Make: APOLLO / JINDAL. a) 100mm dia.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type Electrical cubicle panel of suitable required size made out of 16SWG CRCA sheet, powder coated colour : Seimens grey (Ral 7032) with mounting PEDESTAL stand (3 ft.), earth bolts on either side, RYB indicating lamps, ON/OFF indications, VAF Meter, gland plate including suitable AL Bus-bar with a provision to fix MCCB's with the following rating. (Tentative GA Drawing attached & Final GA to be submitted for approval of E-I-C). Incomer one number of 630A, 4pole ATS Switch with Aluminium Busbar and RYB indicators. Out going Two numbers of 250A 4pole 36kA MCCB with RHOM and spreaders etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Make of ATS : Elmeasure / Schneider / ABB / ASCO and 250A,4Pole MCCB make : Schneider / ABB / Legrand.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as required. Note: Masonry enclosure size is 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet x 1.5 Feet. As per IS 3043, charcoal / coke and salt should be refilled with 50 Kg each per earthpit. The copper plate has to be tinned, connected copper flats have to be brazed and only SS nut, bolts and washers are to be used. (SS Bolt Nuts & Washers should be used)

Providing and fixing of 50mm X 5 mm Tinned copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including heat shrinkable sleeve , Brazing of CU Flat at both end terminations connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (All Joints shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of SS nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6.0 SWG copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit / submain wiring/ cable as required.tinned at both the ends of terminal point, socketing with molten metal fixing all complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 1" (25mm) size PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including painting in case of surface conduit, or cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. Make : VIP ISI marked suitable for RCC.

Supply of 4.0 Core x 70.0 Sq.mm. size PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium armoured conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. Make: Polycab.

Dismantling of existing old worn out, defective switch gears from the LT cubicle panels and deposting in to Electrical scrap yard as per the direction of Engineer - in - charge.
