Procurement of ETM Thermal paper Rolls.

The firm should be a manufacturer of Thermal Rolls and should have experienced personnel and required equipment and manufacturing facilities.

Manufacturers with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs.10.00 Crores during preceding continuous three years 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 duly supported by the audited Statement of Accounts i.e., Manufacturing/ Trading and profit and loss Account, Balance Sheets for all the three years are eligible to participate.

The firm should have capacity to produce & supply minimum of 7.00 lakh ETM thermal paper rolls per month to BMTC.

The firm should have supplied paper rolls to any of the Banks, State Transport Undertakings and other reputed organization during the previous three years. The PO copies supporting the same should be furnished.

The supplier should provide the supporting documents regarding the Origin Characteristics of the Thermal rolls supplied.

Print life of the thermal paper supplied should be minimum 2 years. The firm should give an undertaking regarding the same.

The Tenderer should furnish 50 Nos of sample thermal paper Rolls (on or before opening of technical bid) conforming to the specification given in the tender for testing, failing which the tender is liable to be disqualified. The sample Rolls will be tested at System Department, BMTC

The Tenderers whose samples are approved in the testing at System Department, BMTC & fulfilled the pre-qualification criteria prescribed in the tender will be considered for opening of commercial bid.
