Dismantling of asbestos cement sheet corrugated /semi corrugated etc in roof covering including ridge complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wooden scantling over 40 sq cm in section and in any position all as directed.

Taking down timber roof trusses exceeding 4.0 mtr clear span and upto 12 mtr complete all specified and as directed.

Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat with shutters without taking off shutter from the frame area not exceeding 1.5 sqm each all as specified and as directed..

All as per item No. 05 herein before but exc. 1.5 sq.m but not exc. 4 sq.m.

Demolition of brick or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement /cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level, complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement shall be cut as required to facilitate demolition) in any description or any position all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, concrete surfaces etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth, in soft/loose soil for foundations etc, or for shaft, wells, cessapits, manhole, pierholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Excavation over areas to a depth not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 12 herein before but for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m and getting out.

Material and labour for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick; watering, ramming /rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exceeding 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 14 herein before but for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in height above the first 1.5 m.

Returning, filling in and ramming with approved excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed .

Material & labour for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix) for foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for coloumns, etc, basement slabs, under-reamed piles and similar articles complete as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20 herein before but for in pillars, posts struts, column and stainchions etc.

Supply & fix mild steel TMT bar of 10 mm dia and over cut length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 23 herein before but 5 mm dia and over upto 10 mm dia in stirrups.

Material and labour for use and waste of formwork to sidesof pillars, posts struts column and stainchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs including splays between floors and beams, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work as in roof trusses (framed) with angle / tubular / square / rectangular sections of Fe -410-W (Gde -E-250) quality 'A' trussed, purlins, rails, fastenings and heavy bracket framing including distant pieces, cleats, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: The structural design of truss will be given by GE duly approved and accordingly work shall be progressed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts 16 to 20 mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 22.50 cm but not exceeding 450 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix mild steel screw bolts 20 to 25 mm dia of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 30 herein before but except bricks. Note : Bricks obtained from demolition.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 as in retaining wall, abutments and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 32 herein before but except stone.

Material and labour for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick masonry or concrete surfaces of wall etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers on brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajjas, slab projection, facia etc. i.e. 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 and thereafter 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as a second layer , including mixing water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement and finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section conforming to Fe 410-W (grade E-250, quality- B) with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed..

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Note : - The quoted rate shall be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and safety measures.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick cement concrete work in pavement / hardstanding of flexural strength of 40 kg per sqm in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre complete all as specified and as direted.

Labour for trimix flooring for spreading. Screeding dewatering floating and trowling with the help of power trowling , floater etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for construction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10 mm wide and filled with sealing compound of grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints 200 mm x 12 mm wide filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound of grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete of 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggrgates as in filling gap of wall roof sheet including formwork complete all as specified and as direted.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix for high performance industrial cerculator / ventilator wind driven turbine, diameter of bottom ring 600 mm top plate and bottom ring made of stainless steel with FRP base to match roofing sheet with polyster rasin powder coated top of the ventilator turbine made of aluminium with integrated and reinforced main bearing housing the shaft of stainless steem and varplitch from aluminium rotation bearing made of twin ZZ ball bearing encased in single integrated bearinng and housing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Lightning Protection

Taking down any type and any size of Copper/Aluminium/GI strip from wall /pole/structurer etc and removing materials to store for safe custody of this office for reuse at site or for taking under schedule of credit as decided by the Engineer-In-Charge complete all as specified.

Material and labour for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick and burried directly in ground(earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to earth plate with GI strip of size 32X6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point complete, all as specified and indicated including testing on completion including PCC pit (1:3:6) type C-1 in cement concrete & 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in (1:2:4) type B-0 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS round bar @ 75 c/c both ways with 02 Nos lifting handles of 12 mm dia MS plain bar, GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade with funnels & wire mesh for watering and 40 mm bore light grade GI pipe for earth lead protection etc including necessary earthwork and excavation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Quantity of GI strip/ protection pipe beyond 7.5mtrs length will be measured separtely. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is more than 4 ohms achieved, earthing shall be re-done at no extra cost to Government.

Supply and erection in true vertical position steel tubular LT poles, swaged, welded complete with CI base plate 6 mm thick of size 300 x 300 mm, final taper plug pole cap, bolts and nuts and screws as per IS : 2713 Part-II 1980 made out of ERW mild steel tubing with including drilling of holes of required size and numbers for fixing cross arms and 2 numbers holes on bottom and top of pole for insertion of cable including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of primer for exposed surface and two coats of bituminous paint for embeded portion in concrete, painting three blue bands at lower portion of pole of 300 mm height at 300 mm spacing, painting pole number with black paint at suitable height complete of type 410 SP-64 (12 metres long) all as specified.

Supply and fix stay assembly having 20 mm dia stay rod and 7/4 mm GI stay strand with complete accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 01 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rate of loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete are deemed to be included in quooted rate.

Supply and fixing porcelein, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator shackle type 50 mm height 65 mm dia with 9 mm dia bolts washers and nuts including galvanised and mild steel straps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Al conductor steel reinforced multistranded of size 7 strands 8 SWG each strand complete including fixing to pole /angles iron complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium strip 25 mm x 4 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI strip 32 mm x 6 mm as ring conductor buried in ground or as down conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates of earth work protection GI pipe 40 mm and epoxy insulators at a distance of 0.5 metre are deemed in the quoted rates.

Material and labour in replacement for test point terminal block made of gun or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 numbers 8 mm dia, 25 mm long hex head screw and connected to copper /aluminium / GI strips complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The test points will be properly fixed on epoxy insulators. (ii) Cost of epoxy insulators is included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix ready made type junction box IP 65 of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm having shutter and lifting knob with provision of earthing strip entry glands and fixed the box on wall /poles with suitable size of nuts, bolts and washers complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : The amount against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 32 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving lum Sum for Acceptance.
