The unit shall be equipped with a motor-driven fan capable of delivering airflow against a head pressure of 30 mmWC, and shall include a single-phase motor, thermostatic control function, washable pre-filter, electrical terminal box, and high-temperature-resistant flexible piping. The scope also includes the supply and installation of associated accessories including ball valves of approved make, a Y-strainer on the supply side, and all necessary supports and fasteners. The FCU shall be suspended from the ceiling using 8 mm diameter threaded rods of suitable length as per site conditions, with necessary modifications and alignments. The job further includes the dismantling and disconnection of existing damaged/defective FCUs from their respective locations, returning the dismantled units to the departmental stores against proper receipt, and site cleaning and preparation prior to new installation.
