Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in hard / dense soil all as directed.

Returning and filling in, soils, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Taking down existing 11 KV grade cable Supply and laying New XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanized steel strip / wire armoured heavy duty with aluminum conductor, of cross sectional area 185 sq mm 3 core with cable protection works (as applicable) laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on pole/ wall/ laid under road/ path/ culvert/ drains/ encased in pipe, including necessary lugs, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing 11 KV grade cable, Supply and laying New XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanized steel strip / wire armoured heavy duty with aluminum conductor, of cross sectional area 95 Sq mm, 3 core with cable protection works (as applicable) laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on pole/ wall/ laid under road/ path/ culvert/ drains/ encased in pipe, jointing and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing 1100 Volts grade cable and laying only XLPE insulated, screened, bedded galvanised steel strip/wire armoured heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 50 Sqmm 3.5 core with cable protection works (as aplicable) laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on pole/wall/laid under road /path/culvert/drains/encased in pipe, including necessary lugs,joiniting and tesing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 here in above but 3.5 core 120 to150 Sqmm

All as per item No 6 here in above but 3.5 core 70 to 95 Sqmm

All as per item No 6 here in above but 3.5 core up to 35 Sqmm. Note:- (a) Cable laying under item no 6 to 9 shall be issued under "Schedule 'B' ". (b) Excavation for item no 6 to 9 shall be measured under respective items.

Checking/repairing/servicing and replacement of any type of defective parts of RMU thoroughly like breaker mechanism with two breaking shaft, operating mechanism and interlocking, load break switch mechanism, busbars, position indicators, voltage indicators, cable compartment, CT/PT, auxilaries, trip mecchanism by control of fail safe/minimum leg/execution of ON/OFF command with feedback of successful execution error, circuit breaker, dielectric medium, gas leakage/refilling incl all type of replacement to the defective parts etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting the GOD of any capacity and make from main power supply after taking proper shut down and carrying out repairing of unserviceable GOD by taking down, dismantling & removing dust, carbon deposits or any other substance and replacing worn out parts of fixed contacts-03 Nos, moving contacts-03 Nos, reassembling complete GOD, re installing in position after applying petroleum jelly on moving and fixed contacts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable air brake switch, Supply and fix, new switch, air brake, gang operated 11 KV, HT Triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating up to 200 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement HT 11 KV outdoor type Gang operated device,Triple pole,mechanically operated, mounted on insulator 11000 Volt and steel frame, with operating mechanism, twelve insulator type worked from ground level, for current rating up to 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Lightning arrester Expulsion type of capacity HT 11 KV 65 (KA) station class complete with fixing clamps, bolts, nuts and washers fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair / servicing to HT panel of vacuum circuit breaker 11 KV rating of capacity current rating up to 800 A by replacing defective/wornout part, adjustment of gaps for smooth operation all as detailed below:- (a) Cleaning of VCB with air blower and removing dust particles (b) Cleaning of insulating places of VCB by using CTC/CRC/Thinner as required and recommended by the manufacturer. (c) Checking the arcing contact gap of vaccum intrupter and readjust as recommended if gap exceeds the permissible limits. (d) Cleaning the main contacts to remove carbon or any other unwanted particles. (e) Dismantling and cleaning the insulated surfaces and arc barrier with CTC and CRC. (f) Checking/repair replacement of all electrical wiring for electrical/manual operation of panel including measuring IR values. (g) Checking of all nuts/bolts, springs, levers, latches, connnectors etc and adjustments as required and recommended by the manufacturer. (h) Recording IR values of CTs and PTs. (j) Cleaning of bus bar spout. (k) Checking of all moving parts for proper functioning of VCB and adjustment as per manufacturer recommendations.

Servicing and Painting of two/four pole structure, mild steel channels & supports with one coat of aluminium paint and colour paint as per the existing colour of the equipments including colour code for RYB to indicate the colour code for body earthing & lighting arrestor complete including taking proper shut down & greasing the GOD switch & tightening of all bolts & nuts and replacement of ACSR conductor and PVC sleeves , worn-out lugs, PG clamps and HT fuses in the structure as required at site including two coats of white wash for masonry plat form complete and one coat of synthetic enamel paint for weld mesh, removing of Weeds / Plants inside the yard and Cleaning and painting of Chain link fence for transformer area complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and spreading 20 mm graded stone aggregate inside the fencing area of transformer all as directed .

Supplying and spreading 40 mm graded stone aggregate inside the fencing area of transformer all as directed .

M&L for laying of burnt bricks sub class 'B' bricks of size 230 x 115 x 75 mm laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying of reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (ISI marked) all as directed and specified

Screening excavated earth (passing through 12 mm square mesh), laying riddled earth in trenches for cable protection, under and above Cable all as specified in SSR Part - I (Clause No 19.75) and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness of riddled earth of 18 cm will be measured and paid.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping of poles/plinth blocks of HT poles etc including fair finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Program the existing numerical relay any model and type for over load and earth fault settings with respect to trip settings of HT panels sub station or other sub stn in such a way that faults are arrested locally including arranging or cracking of existing password all as required for smooth functioning of the HT panels complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable relay any type and make with Numerical relay microprocesser based model including retrofiting to the existing panels and programming the relays for overlaod and earthfault setting with respect to trip settings of HT panels Sub station or other sub station insuch a way that fault are arrested locally the tip testing carry over suitable with 66KV sub station/other complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, CT ratio coil 600/5 Amps of 230 volt (Set of 3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, CT ratio coil 400/5 Amps of 230 volt (Set of 3) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs, Neon indicator lamps RYB 3 phase (set of 03) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for detection /localisation of fault in HT 11 KV UG cable of any size and length , by means of cable fault locator including pinpointing the exact location of fault retrieving the exposing damaged portion carefully for further inspection and repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge Note :- (i) Charges of cable fault equipment carried out by BESCOM/other agencies are deemed to be included in the item rate quoted (ii) Contractor on demand by dept has to arrange the above equipment without any delay failing which penalty will be levied by the dept.

Repairing and Replacement of potential transformer (PT) 11 KV/110 V with drawable type with automatic shutters by disconnecting PT from main power supply of VCB panel / Meter Cubical, separating fixed and moving chambers opening of covers, cleaning, meggering the windings etc., & commissioning after replacement of required unserviceable spare parts complete all as specified and directed. (i) Component / accessories to be replaced shall be inspected and approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Replacement of unserviceable spare parts/accessories for the equipment shall be measured and paid separately as supply only rates under relevant items of this schedule 'A'. (iv) Replacement of screws, nuts, bolts and consumables shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted and no extra payment shall be allowed.

Supply and fix HT PT fuse of capacity 11 KV - 3 Amps all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, Transformer breather assembly with silica gel filled including removing the unserviceable breather unit of 500 gram capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ISI Marked transformer oil in sealed drum and topping up of transformer oil in transformers and HT OCB's after filtration with 50 to 60 KV/min of die-electric strength of oil by high vacuum oil filtration plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair /servicing of RMU unit any type /capacity including dusting, cleaning , greasing ,tighting the nut /bolt of moveable and unmovable parts of the complete RMU unit, and replacement of 01 no shock absorber of door assembly, checking loader/charging assembly all as specified and directed.

Seggregation of faulty span by meggering and making span serviceable by repair of cable or replacement of cable. Notes:- 1. Detection of one fault in faulty span will be measured as Each Job. 2. Earth work and taking out will be measured seperately. 3. Material for repair and replacement will be measured saperately.

Opening the transformer cover along with the conservator by removing the nuts bolts then after removing the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by taking them out by removing studs, bushings, taking out the core-winding assembly out of the tank, removing out burnt HV and LV windings from the core assembly, cleaning of core assembly with CTC including necessary repairs for the unserviceable transformers having ratio 11 / 0.433 KV, draining & decanting of burnt transformer oil and cleaning of sludge deposited in the tank with CTC for the transformers. Rewinding of HV and LV coils with suitable size super enamelled copper wire/ strip widing material measured separately (As Existing) having suitable class insulation material. Heating of core winding assembly in hot chamber for 48 hours and removing all the moisture present in it, removal of leakage of tank if any by welding, refilling transformer oil to tank, after putting the core-winding assembly into the tank, reassembling making the internal H.T. & L.T. connections by fixing the studs, bushing, fitting the top cover by replacing cork sheet gasket along with conservator, testing the transformer in the workshop duly filled with oil, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for transformer upto 500 KVA Note :- Replacement of unserviceable items such as HT/LT bushes, HT/LT stud , nut , bolt and washers shall be included in the quoted rate. Transformer oil with die electric strength not less than 40 KV either new or filtered shall be filled and shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.

All as per item 73 above but for transformers above 500 KVA upto 1500 KVA

Supply and replacement of super enamelled copper winding wire/ strip of any size for H.T. coils of transformers all as specified.

Supply and replacment of copper winding strip of any size for L.T. coils of transformers including providing insulation all as required.

Disconnecting the power distribution transformers of any capacity from main power supply and carrying out oil filtration through high vacuum oil filtration plant, extracting the moisture content, dust, sludge and carbon deposits from oil and bringing to 40 KV/min die electric strength through 2.5 mm gap of testing electrode including carrying out acidity and di-electric strength test before and after oil filtration and submmission of test certificate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of electrical HT VCB / LT ACB/ LT Distribution panels/cable tray/ladders etc of any description over 10cm in width or girth and spray painting of one coat of synthetic enamel paint of exisitng shade and sign writing the description as directed.

Supply and replacement of 3mm thick plain Electrical Insulation Safety Floor mattings with specific kinds of rubber and non-conductive flooring options for operators working on live equipment as approved by Engr in charge size as per site all as speicified and directed.

Material and labour for 4 mm thick cold rolled rectangular mild steel chequered plate, material Grade: E 350 including cutting, grinding , cable gland type hole on the same plate icluding taking out old plate any type all as speicified and directed .

M & L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, including necessary excavation and earth work, P.C.C (1:3:6) type C-I with 50 mm thick Pre-cast R.C.C. (1:2:4) type B-I cover slab (reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar), including providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with funnel and 20 mm bore galvanized iron watering pipe (light grade), wire mesh, aluminium lugs, complete in all respect, GI earth strip protected by 40 mm bore (medium grade) galvanized iron pipe and other end connected with main switch board or Earthing test point as directed, including necessary earth work and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and necessary testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- GI earth strip and protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid separately. (Note : 1.
