Rehabilitation of Squatters from Kathputli Colony, Shadipur, Pandav Nagar.

Cleaning, Sweeping and Sanitation of the Transit Camp, spread over approximately 18 acres, shall include comprehensive upkeep and maintenance of the premises by carrying out the following operations, including, but not limited to: (i) Daily cleaning and upkeep of approximately 1,213 toilets. (ii) Daily cleaning and Sweeping of all common areas within the Transit Camp. (in) Repair, maintenance, and cleaning of water supply pipelines, both within the individual units and in external/common areas. (iv) Operation, maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). (v) Weekly sanitization and vector-control measures throughout the Transit Camp, including fogging, pest-control activities, and regular as well as special cleaning drives, as and when required. (vi) Daily collection of garbage and other waste generated within the Transit Camp and its disposal at the designated MCD collection point. (vii) Carrying out all other allied operations and activities necessary for the proper upkeep, hygiene, sanitation, and maintenance of the Transit Camp. (viii) The cost of all consumables, cleaning materials, chemicals, pest-control materials, and other items required for the effective maintenance and upkeep of the Transit Camp shall be included as part of the scope of work. The contractor shall ensure that all maintenance and sanitation activities are carried out regularly, efficiently, and in accordance with the prescribed standards, so as to maintain the Transit Camp in a clean, hygienic, safe, and serviceable condition at all times.
