Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and Labour sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type 1, Flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm ISI Marked for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully old steel tublar Pole 8.50 / 9.00mtr embeded in PCC after disconnecting the incomming and out going cable connections from the pole box including pole box. removing the pole and pole box safely from existing location, loading/unloading, transporting from site to MES store yard, for safe custody or for reuse or for disposal all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LT panel /Feeder Pillar of any discription and size including demolished PCC foundation and all accessories such as MCCB/Cubical type switch /Measuring instruments /indicating lamps etc complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge.

Taking down carefully old serviceable fitting from the pole after disconnecting incoming supply and refixing the same to the new pole including nut, bolt & washer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing LT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3.50 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately)

Supply , Fixing and Erecting 7 meter long Hot dip galvanized iron street light octagonal pole with foundation , base plate and foundation bolts ( Dimension for pole as top diameter 70mm, bottom diameter 130mm, section length 7000mm, thickness 3 mm, Foundation type base plate (220mm x 220mmx 12mm), Foundation bolts 04 Nos. (M20 x 600mm) including single bracket arm of 1.5 meter long. junction box with 6 Amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar TPN and RCC foundation complete all as shown on drawing enclosed on serial page no. 123 of Particular specification-II complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) The cost of necessary Earth work , RCC concrete work with reinforcement, including form work as required , foundation bolts and bracket deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) The T & P / vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Supply and fixing wiring for street light circuit with PVC insulated sheathed stranded copper conductor cable , size of 1.5 Sqmm flat three core 1100 Volt grade for connection of street light fitting, including taking down of old/unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engieer-In-Charge.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning of factory made (CPRI approved) LT feeder Pillar Box IP-65 protection of size 90cm x 60cm x 40cm, out door type (double door both side open-able including locking arrangements) 415 Volts, dust proof, vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3 mm thick and fully compartmentalized inside panel with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet , internally and externally painted with epoxy powder coating paint with and including two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish, with rubber beading , to accommodate the incoming and outgoing each switch gear shall have be independent opening and having provision for front and rear side opening with double door with hinges including provision of rubber beading and mild steel cable glands for each cable to make it weather and vermin proof, provision of air fins for ventilation, pillar box shall be mounted on angle iron frame and 04 No legs made from angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm, legs shall be 750 mm long, 450 mm , embedded and grouted in blocks of PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 300 mm ground clearance, frame and legs duly spray painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, internal wiring of pillar box with solid conductor copper cable single core of suitable size, danger notice plate for LT with conventional skull and bones duly riveted/pasted to the panel board door, complete including all connections incoming / out going all as directed by Engineer-in-charge and comprising of following accessories :- ( a) MCCB 4 Pole, 63 Amps, 415 Volt of breaking capacity 16 KA (Ics=100 % Icu) with Adjustable Thermal and fixed Magnetic Type. - 01 No. (b) Aluminium Busbar size 40mm x 5mm suitable length with RYBN sleeves - 01 Set

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB suitable for 415 volts AC supply, 100 Amps, Four Pole 'C' series with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 16 KA. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 400 Amp ,4 pole, 415 volt ,3 phase, short circuit, shunt trip coil with contactor, breaking capacity not less than 35/36 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement MCCB 100 Amp ,4 pole, 415 volt ,3 phase, short circuit, shunt trip coil with contactor, breaking capacity not less than 16 KA , thermal setting 80-100%, Ics-100% Icu confirming to IEC-947, IS-13947 type OH, including thimbles, nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Making the hole under road and hard standing suitable for laying / inserting pipe upto 50/80 mm dia any length by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.The rate of 50mm / 80mm pipe and laying / inserting element of pipe is not included in this item and shall be measured and seperately under serial item no.24 & 25 of BoQ here-in-after.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade 80 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable protection, fixed along poles or laid under floor , under road and hardstanding etc. and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Supply and fixing GI tubing, light grade 50 mm bore complete with all fittings for cable protection, fixed along poles or laid under floor , under road and hardstanding etc. and making good after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in- Charge.

Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron Earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply and fixing Timer Switch Box of suitable size , factory made duly powder coated ,outdoor type , internal and external surface weather proof, dust proof , water & vermin proof, with IP 65 protection , with new 3 phase Timer switch normal, consisting of timer based on LDR sensor, single phase AC contactor 03 Nos. for each phase, MCB 16 Amps SP 'C' curve 06 Nos. , Slector switch 63 Amps one no. for incoming & outgoing for operate to system by manual & auto , including wiring, including incoming and outgoing terminal port, complete accomodate in FRP box with sound glass opening complete as per manufacdturer's instructions and complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Erecting and fixing 8.5 / 9 meter long steel tublur swan neck pole in perfect vertical position, including refixing of junction box & all connection of incoming outgoing cables , Embedding in PCC in foundation and coping, including material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Each strip 30 cm height) upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and including numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) PCC and Earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Schedule'A' BoQ. (ii) The rate for material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint and numbering of poles is inculded in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iii) Steel tublar pole shall be issued by the department from AGE (E/M) Elect store yard or retrieve from sch item No 06 . (iv) The T&P vehicles will be arranged by the contractor for transporting the pole from AGE (E/M) Elect store yard to site of work and the cost deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles etc, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of poles etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified.

Material and Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, (450x450x300mm) foundation of poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of street light steel tubular pole 8.50 / 9.00 mtr long including brackets and painting with one coat of aluminum paint and making alternative black and white strips on pole with two coats of synthetic enamal paint (Each strip 30 cm height) upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and including numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Checking, testing after disconnecting incoming supply , Excavation work, Returning filling, removal and Taking out all the LT cables a cutting old rusted nuts,bolts etc, refreshing all the cables (one in comming and 2 to 8 out going) by providing new lugs, MS nuts, bolts & washers and making good. welding of panel hings including making proper locking arrangement of LT panel front and rear doors and proper opening and closing including Painting of LT Panel with smoke gray paint over a paint of red oxide zinc chromate primer . Marking incoming & out going feeder to particular block / Bldg Nos with Black/white paint etc. complete all as directed by engineer -in -charge. Note:- (a) The rate of Excavtion , returning filling and earth work for taking out cable loop is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
