White washing with lime in two or more coats over old or newly repaired surfaces to give an even shade including preparing the surface by scrapping, scaffolding, thoroughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt, dust, loose scales of lime wash etc. All tools, plant, labour & material complete.

Painting old previously painted / plastered wall surface with two coats of water thinable approved cement primer including preparing the surface by scrapping, removing the old paint and cleanin, required scaffolding etc. All L & M, T & P, etc complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper ISI marked of approved brand and manufacture in two coats an old surface including scaffolding, removing the old paint, cleaning and preparing the surfaces, scaffoldings etc. All labour, materials, tools and plant etc.

Painting walls with plastic emulsion paint of superior and approved brand & mfg in approved shade on old work (two or more coats) to give an even shade including scrapping & repairing of old surfaces wherever necessary with approved quality materials to obtain an even and smooth finish, required scaffolding etc. All labour & material etc complete.

Painting old previously painted iron /metal work with two coat of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved colour / shade `to give uniform shade over a coat of Primer of Zinc chromite including scrapping cleaning and preparing the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative. All labour, materials, tools and plants etc.

Painting on previously painted wood work in two coats with approved quality make synthetic enamel paint of approved colour/ shade to give an even shade including cleaning and preparing the surface etc. All labour, materials, tools and plants etc.

Painting old masonry/concrete/ plastered surfaces with two coat of best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make/ quality and approved shade/ colour to give uniform shade including cleaning and preparing the surface. All labour, materials, tools and plants etc.

Painting on previously painted wood or wood based surface with two coats of touch wood, French spirit / lacquer polishing on woodwork of approved make to give an even shade including scrapping, cleaning, preparing the surface, including minor repairs etc. All L & M, T & P etc complete.

Painting wall surfaces with acrylic weatherproof exterior emulsion of Apex Asian or any other approved brand and shade etc on old and new surfaces in two coats over a coat of primer coat as specified by the manufacturer on existing cement paint surface after scrapping thoroughly the existing surface and preparing the surfaces by applying crack filling material (i.e Dr Fixit Crack X shrinkage free or equivalent) wall putty to all cracks, crevices and uneven patches to make the surface uniform including scrapping, cleaning, removing loose particles/ dust/ grease / moss etc with necessary scaffolding etc complete as directed. All labour, material etc complete.

Letter painting of any board on old or new surfaces with synthetic enamel paint including painting the background, scaffolding as directed by the Chief Engineer or his representative. All tools, plant, labour and material etc complete.
