Installation, Testing & Commissioning of split type AC machine both indoor & outdoor unít with necessary fixing on wall (indoor unit & outdoor unit) as per direction of ElC by providing of 40x40x5 mm MS angle iiron frame with necessary anchoring facilty on one side for necessary support on outer wall /making pedestal by angle & flat with necessaery welding each other etc & Making hole for providing holding with outdoor unit by proper gauge GI nut bolt & washer with necessary painting by synthetic enamel paint two coat of one after another over one coat of RO primer or Providing of ISI marked bracket provide on wall by necessary providing of.100 mm MS / Gi Pastner arrangwenment not less than 6 (six) no for each unit. with making hole on wall with making necessary slopping maíntain & mending good damages as per direction of EIC.

Supply and laying of 5/8” or 1/2"& 1/4" dia (Soft drawn) Cu. Pipes (As per standard) with tube thickness 0.6mm incl. 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation, , insulation tape, fastner, etc as necessary as per direction of EIC. (Copper Pipe Make: Nippon/Uniflow/Rajco/Venam/Camiflow/Godrej & Nitrile Rubber Insulation Make: A-flex/K-flex/Supreme)

S & Laying of 4 Core 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated & unarmoured copper wire (Make:- Havells/Polycab/RR Kable/Finolex/Gloster ) for 2.0/2.5 Tr. Split AC machine with max saddling with max 1 mtr distance as per the direction of EIC.

Supply, laying and fixing of condensate drain water pipe for split AC machine of 19/25 mm dia , including all required fittings and accessories such as bends, elbows, tees, couplers, wall sleeves, hangers, supports, clamps, anchors, providing proper slope for free flow of condensate water, and making good the damages, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Finolex/Supreme/Oriplast/Astral or Any PWD Approved reputed brand /as per choice of Engineer-in-Charge)

Dismantling of the existing air-conditioning units from the COVID Building, including careful removal without causing any damage to the units or their components, and handing over all dismantled materials to the departmental authority in good condition, complete as directed.
