Shutdown the power supply, disconnecting all incoming & outgoing cables carefully from outdoor type LT panel board, removing the burnt wiring, cleaning the bus bars, insulators and MCCBs with CTC, meggering the insulation value and replacing the bus bar supporting insulators wherever required to achieve required insulation resistance value, tightening all fasteners (renew if required), reconnecting back the incoming and outgoing cables with suitable cable Lugs, glands and wrapping the insulation tape on all bare conductors, supply and fixing EPDM rubber gasket for all doors for dust & vermin proof etc and testing on completion for proper functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT 9.0 meter long poles and painting with one coat of aluminium paint on all steel surfaces such as poles, channels, angles, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers of any description and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips (Make: 3M or equivalent) of 5cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No.) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow background at a suitable place on the pole including applying one coat of snow cem on pcc coping of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for pruning of tree branches up to 2.0 meter clearance all around HT/LT overhead lines and depositing where directed at a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The item will be measured in span length between poles. The approx span length is 50m.

Unbinding the existing HT/LT overhead lines of any configuration and size of conductor by opening the binding wire from insulators and Re-stringing to the required tension and sag and binding with new aluminium binding wire of suitable gauge complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix replacement of Shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanized mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts of size 75mm height and 90mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix replacement of Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for mild steel work as in replacement of posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets(for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not exc 10 cm in width or girth and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanized Steel Chain Link fencing of mesh size 50mm x 50mm and dia of wire 4.00mm with and including line wires fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
