Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable underground, LT cable of any description, any size and in any position complete including taking down protection pipe etc all as specified and directed for the following size of cables :- (a) 10 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm of any core Note :- 1. Excavation, earth work and other works releated to restoration of power supply will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. 2. Contractor shall attend the complaint within 12 hours and rectify the same in maximum 24 hours only.

(b) 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(c ) 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3.5 Core

(d) 240 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm 3.5 Core

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m width and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying cables/pipes all as specified and directed.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually depth not less than 75 cm for insertion of GI Pipe of size 80 mm bore light grade for short length complete all as specified and directed. Note :- GI pipe 80 mm dia light grade shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A'.

Supply and fixing in repair of GI Pipe 80 mm dia light grade for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick after the cables are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus excavated soil not exceeding 50 M distance and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for UG electric cable in two layers (8 cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying cable) total 23 cm thick including gentle punning the sand upto 18 cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment).

Supply & Laying precast PCC cable concrete cable cover LV low voltage type -I flat ISI marked of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and replace Bricks; common burnt clay building bricks, sub-class ‘A’designation 75 complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only old retrieved serviceable bricks for cable protection with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable of any description as obtained from dismantling of the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying & connecting cable 1100 Volts grade, stranded aluminum conductor, screened, XLPE insulated, armoured shielded and PVC sheathed cable of following sizes conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) amended upto date complete all as specified and directed Make : Havells/Polycab/Plaza (a) 16 Sqmm x 4 core Note :- (i). Lugs/Glands/saddles of suitable size required for fixing of cables in panels/junction boxes /on walls shall be included in the item rate. (ii) Cable path indicators shall be provided at every 50 mtr intervals of the cable is deemed to included in the item rate.

Re-laying, jointing and testing of serviceable retrieved LT cable from item No. 1 above (after thorough inspection of cable) XLPE / PVC insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminum conductor cable 1100 Volts grade of any description, laid in trenches/ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes :- (a) 10 Sqmm to 35 Sqmm any core Note: Excavation returning refilling will be paid and separately under relevant items.

(b) 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm 3½ core

(c) 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm 3½ core

(d) 240 Sqmm to 400 sqmm 3½ core

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing for provision of straight through joints Heat shrinkable type, suitable for XLPE, LT Cable, 1100 Volts grade, for the following sizes of cables all as specified and directed. (a) 6 Sqmm to 16 Sqmm any core

(b) 25 Sqmm to 50 Sqmm 3½ core

(c) 70 -120 Sqmm 3½ core

(d) 150 -185 Sqmm 3½ core

(e) 240-300 Sqmm 3½ core

M&L in repair bus bar box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts AC supply, outdoor cubical type, dust and vermin proof, floor block mounting type suitable for outdoor applications of size 600mmx600mmx450mm, using 40mm x 40mm x 5 mm angle iron frame with shutter and locking arrangement painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer(internally and externally)for box, height above ground 600mm and grouted 300 mm below ground, legs of frame shall be grouted in PCC 1:2:4 (size 300x300x300mm block) and complete including 40mmx10mm-04 nos 500mm long aluminium busbar fixed on insulators with proper colour coding, including making connections with cable of size 300 sqmm with necessary lugs and chromium plated glands complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of LT steel tubular pole/strut, of any description and in any position 9.00/8.50 Mtr height and scrapping of pole with emery paper and applying one coat of aluminium paint on all the metallic surfaces including protection pipe, cross arms, clamps, GI pipe bracket of street/security light, anti climbing devices etc and providing three Nos radium band strips, strip marking in alternate layeres of 30 cm black and 30 cm yeallow from base/PCC to a height of 1.5 mtr Sirelly numbering with black and white colour and painting white cement base paint for PCC/Coping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fabrication/welding/Jointing work in existing LT Panel by providing new hinges in place of defective hinges, replacement of locking arrrangement of external door, replacement of main door gasket, replacement of rusted sheet cover including cutting, bending, Welding/soldering and refixing properly at site. Servicing and maintenance of the panel by taking out the incoming connection and all outgoing connection and outgoing cables of the panel and fixing a fresh with proper crimping/tapeing, lux/connector, cable glande including doing all necessary wiring in the panel. Note -Excavation and earth work wherever necessary is deemed to be inculded alongwith the cost and MS Sheet will be measured and paid seperately under respective item

Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing un serviceable non-functional / broken hinges of any description and in any position of existing feeder pillar boxes/panel boards etc and supply and fixing new cold rolled medium weight mild steel hinges in position as per existing requirement with necessary spot welding, screwing etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable insulator from LT panel boards, supply, fixing & testing conical/single bus bar system epoxy insulator including nuts, bolts and washers suitable for LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply for mounting of bus bars in LT panels/feeder pillar boxes complete all as specified and directed

Replacement of existing unserviceable/damaged part/portion of the existing feeder pillar box/ panel boards with supply and fixing new part or portion fabricated out of 3 mm thick MS sheet in position including making necessary adjustments and alignments to make the existing feeder pillar box/panel board body to required shape and size(s) and MS sheet painted both sides with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with necessary filler coating complete all as specified ant directed.

Disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable Phase indicator lamps and supply, fixing, connecting and, testing LED type Phase indicator lamp with showing red, yellow and green colours of 22.5mm dia fixed to monitor on LT panel board suitable for 240 Volts AC supply and making connections with using suitable size copper cables wires and lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of steel/LT panel boards/feeder pillar boxes of size upto 1000mm x 1100mm x 450mm of any description & any position including removing disintegrated/detoriating part of paint and applying filler coat to obtain smooth surfaces and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint using spray machine to obtain smooth finish to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

All as per items No 37 above but of size above 1000mm x 1100mm x 450mm less than 1300mm x 1450mm x 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning, factory made, CPRI approved, totally enclosed, IP 54 dust, weather and vermin proof with canopy, CRCA sheet out door LT Panel for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire , 50 Hz AC system with TPN tinned copper bus bar of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on F class DMC/FRP insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 21 MVA for 1 second, neutral bus bar of capacity of that of phase bus bar , general construction confirming to IS-8623/93, having bottom base channel of MS section not less than 75mm x 75 mm x 5 mm , entire panel having common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size (minimum 1.5 Sqmm) PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half inculding LED indicating lamp for all phases and mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with following detailed specification, control and accessories complete all as specified below and as directed:- OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of min 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet supported on MS angle section 75mm x 75 mm x 5 mm frame with openable front & back with concelaed hinges , single door system, lockable/ openable by by keys from both sides, having flush pattern fancy locks, louvers & air vent with gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate with hung provision for entry of armoured cable with adequite size glands. Provision of earthing studs at bottom and threaded lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be provided.

INNER SHELL :- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet compartmentalized to accomodate each control gear, front openable, single door system lockable/openable with "U' type gasket to make the inner shell completely vermin proof having chromium plated locks (2 Nos in each compartment.) All control wiring shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x75x5 mm duly painted with zinc based primer. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm should be used at the bottom, . An inspection lamp with 11 Watt CFL shall be fitted on top side of inner shell. S&F for cable route indicator made of cast aluminium material 150mm dia round shape with 5 to 6mm thick with arrow for direction indication two hole for mounting with painting whole plate with approved colour 3mm thick emossing letter along with suitable size PCC base including excavation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 20mm graded aggregate for coping including forming work completely including breaking the existing damaged coping complete all as specified and directed.
