Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags to receive bitumen tack coat with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 75 mm thick bituminous macadam with using 1.06 Cum of 40 mm and down C.B. chips for 10 Sqm area consuming 52.50 Kg of VG-30 bitumen including heating bitumen in required temp conveying metal and chips from stacks feeding in bitumen mixture in required quantity to ensure thorough precoating, applying tack coat @9.80kg/10Sqm before laying the precoated mix conveying the precoated mix, laying to grade and camber, compacted with PRR, brooming of dust from road surface before laying the bituminious macaddam all complete with supply of all material labour, T&P, transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC(resurfacing or minor road work).

Providing and laying of 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27Cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60 kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm including heating, boiling the bitumen, laying the pre mixed chips in prepared surface with proper slope and camber and compaction with PRR including Supply of all material, labour, T&P, hire and running charge of Equipments, taxes, tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat using 0.06 Cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg of bitumen per 10Sqm. maintain proper camber and compaction with PRR with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer in charge (by using mini batching plant and bitumen boiler at site)

Providing & laying 75 mm thick built up spray grouting in two layers of 37.5mm thick each using 0.45Cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00Kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 Sqm & 0.12Cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 Sqm including heating pouring and spreading bitumen metal and chips and rolling with PRR after scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0Kg of bitumen for 10 Sqm including Supply of all material, labour, T&P, hire and running charge of Equipments, taxes, tollage etc all complete but excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying factory made pre-cast concrete paver blocks of M-40 grade of 80mm thick with consistent and uniform quality, rubber moulded and cured through drying process mechanically vibrated and compacted precast interlocking of approved size, design with providing and laying in position over 50 mm thick average complete coarse sand bed with joints of 3mm thick filled by fine sand including leveling with surface vibrator, temping and sweeping, loading at factory end and unloading at site including transportation, taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Enginer in charge.

Dismantling of RCC/Paver Block works by Jack hammer or by any mechanical means and disposing the same materials by vehicles within a lead of 5 km (Avg.) with supply of all labour, hire & running charges of all machineries, equipments, T&P, taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site, all transportation etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of RCC works:

Cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12mm to 20mm size C.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality mixing, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage transportations, staging, scaffolding, curing, etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for concrete work and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying quarry dust of aprroved as sub-base in layers not exceeding 225mm thick watering & compacting to the required density in O.M.C with Vibratory Roller with supply of all material labour transporation hire & running charge of equipments, taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by Eingineer In Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes supply of all materials, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, transporting and spreading of lime for making Lime Lining in proper alignment of required shape in designated area including cleaning the area of alignment before lime lining, disposing the debris away from the area, fixing the alignment with rope, providing all labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges etc. all complete but excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying the following materials with loading & unloading including transportation charges for attending emergent road repair work at pot holes/turning portion/circle area with all cost of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes, Gate entry fees, safety arrangements etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Deployment of Hydraulic Excavator of 1 Cum bucket capacity for shifting of debris and other materials including hire & running charges of all machineries, equipments, cost of fuel & lubricants, labour, T&P, taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB : No idle hours shall be paid.

Supplying of 6.7mm and down graded chips for filling in pot holes, loading at one end & unloading at work site including all labour, T&P, taxes, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST & as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Deployment of Semi-skilled Labour for cleaning the area and applying of bitumen compounds in identified locations for road repair works with supply of all T&P, materials, equipments, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
