PROVIDING SERVICES FOR OPERATION OF CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING PLANT IN THE AREA OF CAD UNDER GE PULGAON

Essential services for operation of the AC Plants of the following capacities comprising of compressors, condenser, cooling towers, pipe lines complete from tower to pumps, refrigerant piping of all gauges, controls, expansion valves, filters, suction and discharge valves, electric motors of compressors, blowers, monoblock pump sets including all starters of all motors, electrical panel including bus bars, insulators, humidifiers, meters including checking of 'O' rings, gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers, routine checks like oil checking, leak testing 'V' belts checking, electrical control checking, greasing to motors and pump sets, replacement of gland packing to pump etc AHU,Cooling towers, Heat generator completely but excluding major repairs to the plants. One AC Mechanic cum operator in Three shifts of 8 hours each including sundays and holidays round the clock all as specified and directed for :- (i) AC plant 3 x 37.5TR capacity located P-104 Shed at B Sub depot inside Depot area. (ii) Running of DG Set 250 KVA installed at P-104 Shed including checking oil,diesel and connected parameter of generator and cleaning all as specified and directed.

One AC Mechanic cum operator in Three shifts of 8 hours each including sundays and holidays round the clock all as specified and directed for:- AC Plant 3 x 42 TR capacity and 3 x 50 TR located P-05 & P-04 Shed at F Subdepot inside Depot area.

Note for item No 1 and 2 As per terms and condition :- (i) Outsourcing shall be done by only qualified/experienced persons. The trained tradesmen should have min 3 yrs of work experience and shall be ITI trained. (ii) Every tradesman should have his own valid identity card for being Indian Citizen. (iii) Police verification should invariably get done for each tradesman. (iv) Qualification/experience certificate of the employed tradesmen shall be kept on record. (v) Minimum wages as per Minimum Wages Act shall be paid. (vi) Charter of duty for each tradesman should be given including for maintaining cleanliness of work place/area/installations/plant & machineries. (vii) The wages paid record to be maintained and submit to Engr-in-Charge . (viii) All records as required as per SOP on E/M installation for the upkeep of installations shall be maintained. (ix) Tradesmen should wear proper uniform and name plate/badge. (x) Tradesmen employed shall not be continue to work beyond 11 months. (xi) Tradesmen shall be rotated in such a way with suitable break in service during the period employed, to avoid claim legal right for permanency at a later stage (xii) All service contained in various labour laws/Acts and IAFW-2249 as amended from time to time are meticulously followed. (xiii) Contractor shall provide tools, safety tools and emergency torch and consumable items such that fuse wire and etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xv) All tradesmen shall be individually insuranced certificate should be kept on record. (xv) Contractor responsible for opening and depositing of EPF A/C of each personel deployed. (xvi) Contractor will implement of labour payment through Aadhar linked e-payment system. (xvi) The each shift timings shall be of 08 hours. The measurement shall be taken and considered as one complete shift for 24 hours/day. (xvii) The penalty will be charged double the quoted rates if the person will be absent form duty in any shift/ any location. (xviii) The rate quoted shall be of one AC Mechanic cum operator will be consider as one shift of 08 Hrs. (xix) Log sheet shall be maintained by the contractor properly as per the format attached in particular specification and the same shall be handed over to Engineer-in-Charge on completion of the month.
