Supply, install, testing and commissioning of microprocessor based single phase tamper proof electronic static pre paid / postpaid energy meter rating 240 Volts, 50 Hz, of range 10-60 Amps, conforming to IS 13779 & IS15884 / IS16444 with LED display and parameters like voltage, current, frequency, power, power factor, KWh/KVA, default / in built dual source, inbuilt long range (LORAWAN) communication suitable for outdoor LoRa data accumulator and also compatible for prepaid and postpaid online energy monitoring billing system, with disconnection / reconnection through remote software / Mobile App and data export to ERP all as per Elmeasure Model No PE5121 or techno commercially equivalent models in L&T / Secure complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LoRa accumulator for long range communication up to 1KM suitable for communicating with prepaid cum postpaid meter with LoRa communication protocol and the data transfer to the existing Elnet V5 software including SIM card charges for connecting all e-Energy meters to centralised server for a liability period of two years all as per Elmeasure Model: LORAGW or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of network server, MQTT based intelligent network server for bridging between gateway and end application, eliminate duplicate packets, schedule acknowledgement and adapts data rates, managing Static IP connection and all network connection like broadband etc all as specified and as directed with 02 years of defect liability period all as per Elmeasure Model No: ELM NWS or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Annual comprehensive maintanence charges (for a period of 03 years after defect liability period of 02 years from certified date of completion) of energy managment system including GPRS charges of SIM cards for all DCUs including broadband charges for running server, the scope of the AMC will be as under:- 1)One regular visit on monthly basis. 2)Regular visit will cover the inspection of software & hardware installed at the customer premises. 3) If any fault or failure of the component, the customer support Engineer will inform to the customer and rectify the same without any extra cost. 4) Any Repair charges or replacement of devices will cover under the scope of the AMC Contd/--1.005

Contd/-- 1.004 5) AMC will include rectification cost in case of system crashing during operation and the same will be rectified with in the duration of 4 hours, failing which penality at thr ate of Rs 200 per hour beyond four hours will be levied. 6) Replacement of faulty harware components / electronic devices will cover under AMC. NOTE:- All the supplied products must be with 2 Years warranty period. During warranty period bidder is reponsible for the following i)Meter data collection. ii)) Both Hardware and software installation including commissioning and maintenance complete all as specified and as directed.

Web based Software suitable for LORA Communication Supplying, fixing, commissioning and testing of configuration of server hosted multi user web based software with following modules :- (i) Meter Data Management Module: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the data concentrator and make the data available to the billing system.
