M & L for cleaning the chocked soakage of manholes of any size and depth and removing scum/sludges to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m and cleaning with fresh water by taking out carefully cover slab placing in position including setting the cover slab in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for cleaning of blocked CI pipe line 100 mm bore, carefully in between manholes using splited bamboo, cleaning rod, binding wire etc and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge complete

M & L for cleaning of blocked CI pipe line 150 mm bore, carefully in between manholes using splited bamboo, cleaning rod, binding wire etc and flush with fresh water and disposed off the sludge complete

M & L for removing RCC cover slab of septic tanks of various capacities and taking out scum/sludges including foul water and collect the same in closed container and depositing in earth pit of sufficient size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land where directed by Engr-in-Charge to a distance exc 250m and n,exc 500m, returing and filling in earth in excavated pit after complete disposal of scum/sludges chamber inlet and outlet pipe, MS rungs, septic tank cleaning with fresh water applying one coat of bituminous paint on steel surfaces such as MS rungs handle, inlet and outlet pipes etc, and filling tank with fresh water upto level as directed placing the RCC cover slab in position and set in CM 1:6 including cleaning the sewage line from last manholes to septic tank complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cleaning of filter bed/ soakage well etc by removing the filter media into scum/sludges in foul position n.exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning the old serviceable filter bed media obtained from item No.5 above and refilling in filter bed/ soakage pit well etc. with suitable filter media complete all as specified and as directed.(Balance material /sludge shall be disposed off to outside MD Land )

M&L for loose filling with filter media aggregate (stone) of guage 40mm to 80mm in filter bed soakage pit/ well etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for unreinforced concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast RCC cover slab and precast cement concrete block walling as in manhole, septic tank and drains etc built in cement mortar all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks, type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed complete.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits, pier hole etc. n. exc. 10sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any kind of soil depth in solid, complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material (soil ) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floor of 100mm dia including dismantling/ taking out of old pipe complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs for CI soil/Waste/vent pipes (sand cast) in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floor of 150mm dia including dismantling/ taking out of old pipe complete all as specified and directed

M &L concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone) for 100 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair CI cowls for bore of pipe 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for CI bends (any radius) diminishing or tappers of 100mm bore pie (larger bore measured) complete all as specified and directed

M &L providing cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone agg) as in coping benching, bed plate, including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) on walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast RCC type B1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs, manholes covers and similar article including necessary form work complete set in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required for fixing including cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (ammended) not less than 0.9mm dia.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking and bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.24 above,but MS round bar 10 mm dia of Fe-410-W or (Gde E-250 ) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165).

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement, including form, moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground embedded in natural ground.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type or any position complete all as specified and as directed

Excavating soft/loose soil in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5 Cu.m getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance in exc 50m and making good surface.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete,1:1.5:3,type'A1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts,fencing posts,straining or terminal posts,struts etc. for fencing,average sectional area n.exc 100 sq cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting,etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts(machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and secured the other or screwed the both ends, each screwed ends to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 15 cm and n.exc 22.5,cm long, diameter of the shank 11 to 15 mm.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting on new steel surfaces n.exc, 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only PVC vinyl coated GI chain link mesh of size 50mm x 50mm, 3.6mm GI wire with 1mm thick PVC Vinyl coated all around ,including transportation to site at Campbell Bay etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standared rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors,gates but excluding framed struss etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F framed works as in doors or gates or fencing post of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks or hinges or steel hanging door fittings and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil,600 mm dia cosisting of spiral with sharp edged tap crimped to a steel wire duly galvanised with scappled barb having 52 spirals with 125 clips (when stretc to a length of 6 m ) and fixed to MS frame work, with and including one coat of marine paint over a coat of primer provided manufacturer etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : An amount of Rs 29,865/- towards Schedule of Credit shall be deducted to arrive the Contract sum.
