Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:4:1 including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. (SOR-281)

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

RCC Grade M-25 using batching plant transit mixture and concrete pump (MORTH-9.06E/Case-II)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. (Sail Steel) (DSR-2018/5.22.6/AR)

Painting or varnishing with valsper or other approved high grade enamel or super par synthetic clean varnish complete one coat over previously painted surface including supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm ISI no. 105/106/133-1950. As in item (647) above but for every subsequent coat on previously treated surface (SOR-647+648)

Labour Cess and GST will be paid extra as per govt. orders
