Bidders shall insert their Lumpsum amount in Green coloured field under Column - 6 only Contractor shall insert their rates for Schedule "A" Part –IIA Schedule "A" Part – XV, Schedule "A" Part –XVI and Schedule "A" Part –XVII under Green coloured field under Column - 6 only

Dismantling and Mechanic/Serving charge for opening,dismantling the 62.5 KVA DG Set engine and assembling after repair of Engine 62.5 KVA DG Set and testing on load.

M &L for overhauling of Engine by replacing Lub oil filter, Element Micro filter, Element Pre filter, Greaves lub oil 20 LTR,Radiator pre mix 10 LTR, Set of Hose, Set of 'O' Ring etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of coolent pump including dimantling complete and assembling after replacement of unserviceable parts and servicing complete with testing in all respect all as specified and directed.

M & L for De-scaling of radiator by dismantling the upper & lower tank and cleaning the Core Pips with cleaning chemicals, components and arrest the leakaged core by brazing / dummy with lead including cleaning of upper and lower tanks and replacing the upper and lower Gaskets and required nuts, bolts, refixing the same including replacement rubber radiator hose pipe ,hose pipe to thermostat,hose radiator to suction pipe ,hose aircleaner ,worm drive hose clip and all connected items as per suitable for Gen set 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.
