REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF WATER HEATERS (GEYSERS) SOLAR WATER HEATER AND HEATING APPLIANCES AT SHILLONG CANTT UNDER GE SHILLONG.

Taking down carefully storage type electrically operated water heater (geyser) / solar water heater of any capacity / make / model from its existing position after disconnecting electric and water supply connections, dismantling various parts and refixing in the same position after cleaning the inner tank including testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid as'Supply only' items against relevant items here in after and labour elements involved for dismantling and fixing of new spare parts shall be deemed to be included in this item.

Supply only heating element of 1.5 KW rating, ISI marked, including rubber washer of any make and type as per site requirement etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only heating element of 2 KW rating , ISI marked, including rubber washer of any make and type as per site requirement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only heating element of 2 KW rating , ISI marked, including rubber washer of any make and type suitable for solar water heater etc as per site requirement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only thermostate switch automatic , ISI marked ,for the electrically operated water heater (Geyser) 25 to 50 Ltrs capacity as per site requirement complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only Insulating material (Glass wool) suitable for storage type electrically operated water heater (Geyser) of any capacity etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair PVC Connection of size 450mm length and 15mm bore with chromium plated nuts & PVC washer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only neon lamp / indicating lamp (Red or Green) as per water heater (Geyser) suitability etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply only MS apparature plate minimum 2mm thick with rubber gasket , high temperatre resistant ,including nuts, bolts and washers of any type to match the existing one etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair Stop cock / Angle cock 15mm bore, cast copper alloy , fancy type,Chromium plated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Bib cock 15mm bore , cast copper alloy, fancy type, Chromium plated complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair safety valve / high pressure release valve valve 15mm (ISI marked) as per site requirement etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Gun metal (ISI marked) Non Return Valve (NRV) 15mm bore etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fix in repair flexible cord of copper conductor, 220 volts, 2.50 sqmm 3 core from geyser to power point etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

S&F in repair GI wall fastner of size 100mm long, 8mm dia with double washer grouting to a suitable depth and height in wall to a suitable depth and height with cement sand mortar 1:4 for fixing / holding storage type electrically operated water heater (Geyser) including necessary GI nuts bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair plug top, 3 pin, 15 amps, (ISI marked) , etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with single runs PVC insulated FRLSH grade, 1100V grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm (Nominal area) (ISI Marked) drawn in and including PVC Casing capping of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC rectangular board of suitable size and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLSH grade, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 4.0 Sqmm (ISI Marked) as continuous earth wire terminated in and including sunken box for following type of point wiring including making good disturbed of wall complete all as specified in SSR Part-I, 2009 and Part-II, 2010 and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for socket points including taking down old unserviceable one.

Supply and fix switch socket outlet (ISI marked), 3/5 pin and 6/16 Amps, flush type, 240 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down / disconnecting of existing water supply pipe line of any type 15mm bore with all fittings from its original position, segregating serviceable pipes and fittings etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F GI tubing 15mm dia, medium grade including all GI fittings ( socket, socket reducer, elbow, bend, union, stop plug etc) and fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing of old serviceable GI steel tubings 15 mm bore obtained from taking down pipes against serial item no. 19.00 ,fitted with new GI fittings in new or old position ( wall, ceiling or floor) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge .

Supply and fix CPVC pipe SDR 11 with all necessary fittings for 20 mm outer dia of pipe etc complete all as speciifed and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair MCB SP, 240 Volt, 6-32 Amps, 10 kA rupturing capacity 'B' series complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Cat Part No:DHMGCSPF006-32 or Legrand cat part no. 408587 to 408595 or L&T cat aprt no. BB10060B to bb10320B

Supply and fix in repair Printed Circuit Board (PCB), ISI marked, suitable for electrically operated water heater( Geyser) of different capacities, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting solar water storage tank ,cleaning with brush and drain out complete sludge / sand deposited in the hot water tank and connecting after complete cleaning upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Gun metal gate valve class-I (ISI Marked ) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair Gun metal gate valve class-I (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repair Sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top & MCB single pole & neutral enclosure with a two pin & earth plug and socket complete with one single pole and neutral MCB -240 Volt- 20 Amps, 'C' series etc complete all as specified and as directed.. Make L&T / Legrand / Schneider.

M&L for brazing / soldering work with copper brass alloy to rectify leakage/cracked of inner copper container of storage type electrically operated water heater (Geyser) & testing of inner shell up to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in- Charge including reassembling / reinstalling at site etc complete all as directed.
