The bidder shall be a ESI holder and should furnish ESI registration certificate. The paid challans of the previous 3 months (July -2025 to September-2025) tender should be uploaded.

The bidder shall enclose the Turn over statement for the last five years for i.e. from FY-2020-21 to FY-2024-25, duly certified by the Charted Accountant to assess the capacity of the tender (as per the qualification information specified in the tender document KW-1).

The bidder shall be registered KPWD/CPWD Civil contractor of Class-IV & above and the bidder shall scan and upload the valid registration certificate.

The bidder shall have Goods & Service tax (GST) registration certificate issued by competent authority and shall be scanned and uploaded.

The Agency has to give a self declaration that he is ready to submit a Demand Draft in favour of Superintending Engineer(Ele), Tr(Projects) Circle KPTCL Belagavi if the amount quoted by the bidder is less than the amount put to tender.

The Tenderer at his own responsibility and risk is encouraged to visit and examine the site of works and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender for the works.The cost of visiting the site shall be at the Tenderers own expense.The Site inspection certificate issued by the concerned Executive Engineer(Ele)Projects Division KPTCL Belagavi should be obtained and uploaded, failing which the bid will be rejected
