MANUFACTURING AND SUPPLY OF CHILLER AND COLD OIL PACKAGE. FOR IOCL- GRASSROOT OIL COMPLEX PROJECT AT CHENNAI,TAMILNADU,INDIA.

Design, detailed engineering, manufacturing, supply, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, painting, including packing, forwarding, assistance for installation & commissioning, insulation of chiller (inside skid). Scope shall include Supply of Foundation bolts & grouting (as required). Chiller and cold oil package shall include industrial skid mounted process chiller complete with pumps, chilled water tanks, plate heat exchanger for cold oil, cold oil tank, associated pumps, drum pump for cold oil input, necessary accessories, special tools, commissioning spares, etc., as required. Control system shall be capable of integration with the main Plant Control System (PCS) on critical output parameters as required and shall be including all field instruments, valves etc. completely mounted, wired and ready for pre-commissioning. Painting and insulation (inside skid) are in scope of vendor and shall be carried out as per specification and procedure. Inspection, testing and commissioning shall confirm to all requirements of codes, specifications, approved drawings and inspection plan. Scope also includes supply & installation of Pressure & Temperature Transmitters on critical pipelines in the circuit. Also provision shall be made for repeating any feedback signals such as START, STOP, RUN, and TRIP. Reference document: 90-0RG2N-IS-024.
