Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLSame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width X 2500 mm height , complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required (Each span 50m x 0.394Kg/m x 3wire = 59.10Kg For 26 spans = 26 x 59.10kg = 1536.60 Kg, Say 1537Kg)

Supplying and erection of bow stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 60 cm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and also with 0.6 m long brace of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm angle iron with 50 mm dia pulley fixed at one end of the brace as required

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required

Supplying & Erection of GI Wire 8SWG including binding,etc as required for running earth. (Each span 50m x 0.116Kg/m = 5.8Kg For 26 spans = 26 x 5.8Kg = 150.80 kg, SAY 151Kg)

Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required: 70SQMM

Supplying & Erection of Cradle Guarding of 3.3kV OH Line with 8SWG GI wire for 04 spans (200m) (each span consumes 400m of GI wire 8SWG, for four spans 1600m; weight of GI Wire 8SWG per m = 0.116Kg Weight of GI Wire for 1600m = 0.116Kg x 1600 = 185.60Kg , Say 186Kg approx.)

Supplying of 11kV Grade, XLPE Insulated, 3 Core, Armoured, PVC Sheathed, 70sqmm, Aluminium Conductor conforming to IS 7098 (Part-2) 2011 or latest if any.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. UPTO 120sqmm

Supplying of HDPE Pipe, 160mm dia (PE_80, PN-8)

Supplying of 10m long 160mm dia Casing Pipe (PE-80, PN-80) ISI marked and as per relevant IS specifications

Laying & Commissioning of 3 core, 11kV Grade, 70sqmm XLPE Cable with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method by providing 160mm HDPE (PE-80, PN-8) pipe casing including jointing of HDPE Pipe, Pit making for machine placement etc (at a depth of 4m below Railway track, 60m x 2 = 120m & road, 60m x 2 = 120m)

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required. (Shall be placed at an interval of 30m distance)

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
