PERIODICAL SERVICES INCLUDING CAMOUFLAGE PAINTING AND OTHER CONNECTED MAINT WORKS IN CERTAIN BLDG IN AOR OF TAWANG UNDER GE 859 EWS

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick/cocrete surfaces, fair faces of walls finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement compete including taking down old cement plaster and all debries removing the outside of MOD land upto distance exc 1km to 5km all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 in two layers, mixed with Liquid WPC by weight of cement as per manufactures instruction, as in chajjas upto 12 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete including taking down old cement plaster and all debries removing the outside of MOD land upto distance exc 1km to 5km all as specified and as directed. (Note :- LWPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers on other than fair faces of brick/concrete walls mixed with Liquid WPC by weight of cement as per manufactures instruction, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement upto 30 Mtr height complete all as specified including taking down old cement plaster and all debries removing the outside of MOD land upto distance exc 1km to 5km directed. (Note :- LWPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only Liquid WPC complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer, over 1mm thick plaster of paris putty ( where as required ) white or tinted upto 30 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood or wood based surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint upto 30 Mtr height , including provision of scafloding complete all as specified.

M & L for Preparation of old distempered surface including by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on wall any colour or tinted including 1mm thick birla white putty over a coat of primer ( where as required ) upto 30 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of exiting/new suface treatment and provide two coat of oil bound distamper over a coat of primer on wall over prepared surface finished with and including 1 mm thick plaster of paris putty and rubbing with sand paper upto 30 Mtr height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as direct.
