Surface excavation n exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft and loose soil all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 meters away & depositing whereas directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Rolling & consolidating of formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tone power roller incl necessary watering to required camber & gradient etc. complete.

M & L for 150 mm thick Soling or sub base with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tone power roller complete all as directed.

M & L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness two layer 75mm thick each) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size), using Granite trap or basalt, spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller and consolidated to gradient and camber complete all as specified.

Preparing un-surfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) @ of 10 kg per 10 sqm, using (VG-10) grade bitumen complete all as specified

Material & Labour for bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SADC) 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of grade VG 30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required comber and gradient complete using hot mix plant and mechanical paver rolled with 8 to 12 tone roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Notes: (a) Premix SDAC shall be procured from a Hot Mix Plant. (b) Exact quantity of binder to be used shall be ascertained by Design Mix as specified. (c) Minimum 5.5% of binder shall be used. However, in case more than 5.5% binder content is required as per design mix, the same shall be provided by the contractor at no extra cost). (d) Binder content and density testing equipment should be readily available at site during work.

M & L for construction of brick edging with burnt clay bricks sub class ‘B’ with width equal to the width of brick laid dry on edge vertically complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating post holes or similar holes, each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out in Soft/ Loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m & making good surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Mild Steel posts and struts for fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E- 165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed (Fe 410-W Gde E-250quality-A)

Supply only chain link fencing, galvanized mild steel of any size or type complete all as specified

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire mesh, size and type to any type of standard rails straining bolts etc including provision binding wire complete all as specified

S&F MS screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one ends and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitting with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n.exc. 5cm long and dia of shank 5 to 10 mm etc.

MSL Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description n. exc 10 cm width or girth

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil all as specified and directed

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, build in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm. in soft/loose soil

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface. 05 broken stone or boulders.

M&L for 150 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position 1000ltr all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm bore Gl steel tubes 'medium grade' galvanized with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

S&E in repairs 20mm Ball brass valves high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed

S&F 15mm bore Bib taps, cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed all as specified and directed

S&F 20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed all as specified and directed
