REPAIR/REPLACEMENT PVC TANK, CLEANING OF PVC TANK, ROOF TREATMENT INCLUDING PLUMBING FITTINGS AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT AF STN SINGARSI UNDER AGE (I) AF STN SINGARSI

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanksand from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. not exceeding 500 ltr of any description and in any position comprising the following five stage . (a) 1st stage: Drain out the water by using exit valve or with high capacity dewatering system or any other suitable method approved by Engr-in-Charge. (b) 2nd Stage: Cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) 3rd stage: Cleaning with fresh water . (d) 4th stage: Sterilization by using calcium hypochlorite (bleaching powder). (f) 5th stage: Cleaning with fresh water. After cleaning of the tank, date of cleaning and due date should be clearly mentioned on the tank. (paid Separately) Note: Clause (i) to (v) applicable for work carried out under ser item no. 1 to 4 for subject contract. (i) If any complaint regarding tank incomming pipe and outgoing pipe , discharge of water, float valve and pressure of water supply to out going pipe, overflow of tank to corresponding bldg received vide users/stn authority or by this office same shall be carried out within 24 hrs up to 9 months from the date of cleaning of tank. If the contractor failed to carried out the above complaint witin the time mentioned above penality of Rs.500.00 per complaint/day shall be imposed to the contractor and recovery shall be done from the contractor. (ii) Before tank cleaning work to be carried out contractor shall inform the building no. two day in advance in writing to Engr in charge , So that same shall be comunicated to users for storage of water. (iii) Before cleaning work to be carried out contractor shall check the tank, If any breakage /crack of tank shall found ,contractor shall immedetly notify to Engr in charge in written . (iv) After disconnecting or after cleaning of tank found damage or leakage the same shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost within the 12 hr . If contractor fails to replace the tank within the time period ,the penality of Rs. 500 per day shall be imposed to the contractor till the Replacement of Tank and recovery shall be made from the contractor. (v) Contractor or his agent has to be reported daily at 10.30 am regarding receving the complaint and also to inform about planning of cleaning of tank to be carried out after 48 hrs.

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Disconnecting existing 500L tanks, and lowering and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position only for roof treament pupose complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Disconnecting existing 1000L tanks, and lowering and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position only for roof treament pupose complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs, floors other than ground floors beams staircases, landing, hajjas and similar suspended work, complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm Graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment including cement plaster and cleaning with wire brushes roughening the surface and hacking out dirt, where directed and disposal of rubbish n,exc 50mm distance from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .
