Providing and fixing 14 gauge MS sheet garage doors with 40mmx40mmx6mm angle iron frame with diagonal braces 3.15mm gusset plates including locking arrangement with handles etc. complete in respects. Pb-CSR-Ref.-18.10-T/R.

Wrought iron & Mild steel ladders, framed grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars riveted or molded forged framed window guards, barred iron doors stair case iron railing etc. including cost of bolts and nuts, screws, welding rod complete fixing in position. Pb-CSR-Ref.-18.4-T/R.

Providing and fixing stair case railing made out of M.S. Square bars 20x20m as vertical cost 0.70 metre high fixed with M.S. Base plate of 40mx40mmx6mm and flat iron 40mmx6mm as hand rail complete in all respects. Pb-CSR-Ref.-18.30-T/R.

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. Pb-CSR-Ref.-16.20-T/R.

Painting two or more coats with aluminum paint to give an even shade excluding priming coat. Pb-CSR-Ref.-16.25-T/R.

R&R work of laying and spreading of 100mm thick old crushed bajri/ gravel of 20mm to 40 mm size in switch yard at 66KV S/S, BBMB, Chandigarh.

Earth work containing Gravel (in loose from in non cohesive binding material) work in excavation with occasional use of picks exclusive of compensation of earth undressed with combined lead upto 15 metres with percentage of gravel or Kankar. (a) Exceeding 40 % but upto 60 %. Pb-CSR-Ref.-6.5(a)-L/R.

Screening ,Stone ballast, shingle or kankar (Labour only). Pb-CSR-Ref.-3(M-1)(i)-L/R.

Stone ballast or Bajri washing (Labour only) (as per site condition i.e. 50mm gravel available in yard).CSR-Ref.-3(M-1)(j)-L/R.

Stacking within 15 metres of the unloading points into stacks of specified sizes: Pitching stones, spalls brick bats building stone ballast, stone metal, sand bajri and shingle. Pb-CSR-Ref.-4.25-L/R.

R&R work of painting in Residential colony and laying of vitrified tiles on damage floor in admin block building at SLDC complex, BBMB, Chandigarh.

Painting two or more coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. Pb-CSR-Ref.-16.18-T/R.

Nicking cement concrete surface (over 28 days old including preparation and laying slurry. Pb-CSR-Ref.-10.31-T/R.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of different sizes in light colour shades made using Double Charge technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete.
