SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation, laying of pipe or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling, in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up 400mm/450mm bore CI/DI water main including all fittings with any type of joint from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up 150mm bore CI/DI water main including all fittings with any type of joint from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing ISI marked, 400 mm bore size ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, conforming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for Push-on-joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing ISI marked, 150 mm bore size ductile iron pressure pipe socket and spigot end, class K-7, conforming to IS-8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for Push-on-joint with inside cement mortar lining, internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Ductile iron fittings for spigot and socket pipes of size 100mm to 450mm bore such as bends(any type,radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing,decreasing or double socket, etc), Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross(all sockets or socket and spigot), collars caps and plugs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 450 mm bore CI pipe including dismantling old/defective /wornout joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 250 mm bore CI pipe including dismantling old/defective /wornout joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 200 mm bore CI pipe including dismantling old/defective /wornout joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 150 mm bore CI pipe including dismantling old/defective /wornout joint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 100 mm bore CI pipe including dismantling old/defective /wornout joint complete all as specified and directed. (Note for item Nos 9 to 13 :- Cost of excavation & earthwork shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted).

S&F in repairs, sluice valve (heavy duty) with stainless steel spindle heavy duty conforming to IS 14846 (2000) both end flanged class PN 1.6 of size 250 mm dia including necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, sluice valve (heavy duty) with stainless steel spindle heavy duty conforming to IS 14846 (2000) both end flanged class PN 1.6 of size 200 mm dia including necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, sluice valve (heavy duty) with stainless steel spindle heavy duty conforming to IS 14846 (2000) both end flanged class PN 1.6 of size 150 mm dia including necessary nuts,bolts washers and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of valve pit of size 0.9 m x 0.9 m x 0.9 m (internal dimension) one brick thick wall, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 internally & externally (15cm depth below GL) finished even & smooth without using extra cement and applying three coat of white wash, mild steel sheet cover made of mild steel sheet, 3 mm thick and 40 mmx 40 mm x 6mm thick mild steel angle iron frame including locking arrangement and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces including demolition of existing brick masonry valve pit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting on existing road of 3.65 m wide for laying various size of DI/CI/GI pipe, under road and making good to match with the existing road complete all as specified and as directed.
