PROVISION OF LIGHT ARRANGEMENTS AND LIGHTNING PROTECTION AT LAUNCH COMPLEXES (LC-I, LC-II and LC-III) AT CHANDIPUR

Supply & installation of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 12.5 meter in two section, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 340 mm, with 2/3 wire rope system and its accessories complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a)The foundation should be as per specifications of the high mast menufacturer and the contractor must submit attested/vetted drawings of the foundationfrom any Government engineering College and contractor to survey the local soil conditions for foundation works before commencement of work. (b) Cost of luminaires shall be paid separately under relevant item.

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 150 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work ( Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushioning , cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of Sch 'A'/BOQ.

S & F cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed

M & L for GI water tubing "light grade" complete for cable protection complete with pipe of size 100mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) complete all as specified and directed.
