Material and labour for preparing Black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc incl removing material to low lying area from MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming/tack coat of bituminous primer ( VG-10) at the rate of 5 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick consolidated thickness , using combined graded aggregate i.e crushed stone coarse aggregate , fine aggregate (sand) & filler (inharent filler)/OPC 43 grade ) of physical properties as specifiied and as per table given 9 to refer SSR Part-I OF 2009), Pre-heated mixed with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 garde bitumen, laid with mechanical paver , rolled & compacted to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller , complete all as specified and directed. (i) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and quantities of materials as metioned in particular specifications/SSR are the minimum. The quoated rate shall also be deemed to include for provision of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/specified in the item, if shape all as directed by the GE. (ii) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing stone and fine aggergate and binder (bitumen) and semi dense ashpltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechinacal paver all as directed by the GE. (iii) Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects.

Material and labour for hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound minimum 2.5mm thick,using indegeneous modern propeller road marking machine including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thicknessof 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads, as per the code of practice for road marking paints, MORT & H SECTION 803 SPECIFICATIONS, white with hot thermoplastic road marking compound all as directed including applying one coat of sealing primer including all materials and labour, brushes, tools, equipment, fuel etc complete including applying paints in lines, dashes, arrows etc complete all as specified. Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying paving bitumen, tack coat (VG-10) at 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply or premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.
