Attending / Inspection of street lighting installations under the above stated operation & maintenance group every morning and every evening to ensure glowing of maximum no. of luminaries incl. necessary minor repair and, or rectification of faults, if any, and as per direction of EIC. Painting of steel tubular pole of length and no.of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl.prepartion of surface by sand paper/emery paper,cleaning etc.for receiving fresh coat of paint upto 9 Mts. long pole:- 2 coats of Aluminium Paint over 1(one) coat of R.O.priming. No. of Poles- 31 nos. per Year for 3 Years. Ref: PWD/Elec.works/2017/P-H-2/I-4(a)

Painting Block Letters or Digits within a circle/square as required, with "Black Japan" paint of approved make & brand, the size of letters and digits as given below:Size 50 mm and upto75 mm 3 Digit per Pole For 3 Years. Ref: PWD/Elec.works/2017/P-H-2/I-6(b)

All other item of work including Light fittings, Pole, Cable, as would be required at site to be carried out within and as per latest Schedule of Rates of PWD, UDMA, I & W dept and any item of works approved by the competent authority within the amount shown against this item of works and as per direction of EIC.
