Earth work excavation for foundation in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders, sand, silt or other loose soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock reqiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and completed depositing the surplus excavated soil with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officrs with initial lead and lifts and cleaning, levelling, the site etc., complete as per SS 20B for foundation

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, four fine aggregate and eight course aggregate) mix using 40mm HBG ISS metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Centering for soffits of RCC and PCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and BG 10 stiffened with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm c/c and supported by consurina props of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced of 75cm c/c complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmentsl officers etc., complete

Supply and fabrication of steel and placing in position MS/Ribbed tor steel grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specificationsas directed by the departmentsl officers

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement one and half fine aggregate and three course aggregate) mix using 20mm HBG ISS metal for all RCC items of works excluding centering and shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing the same and also fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works whereever necessary as directed by the departmental officer etc., complete

Brick work with C.M. 1:5 (One cement and five sand) mix using II clsss country bricks of size 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" x 2 1/4" including cost and conveycnce of all materials and labour charges for neat finishing and curing etc., complete complying with standard specificationsas directed by the departmental officers. Plastering with C.M.1:5 (One part of cement and five part of sand) mix using 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges ete., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers

Painting two coats with approved cement paint over one priming coat of cement paint with approved colour and quality including preparation of plastered surface ceiling and other new surfaces finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and Delivery Fabrication of MS doors and windows with outer frame and shutter frame in MS angle of size 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm with MS flat 25mm x 25mm x 6mm and MS sheet of 18 gauge including ventilating arrangements using 20mm square MS rods with locking arrangements including two coats of approved enamel paint over coat of red oxide including cost of angles, plates, sheets, fabrication charges, cost of hold fast and transportation charges etc., complete.

Painting new iron works with two coats of approved quality and color of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floor etc., complete as per standard specification.
