REPAIR MAINT TO SEWAGE LINE MANHOLE SOAKAGE PIT SEPTIC TANK AND CERTAIN ALLIED WORKS IN RESIDENTIAL AND TECH AREA AT VRDE AHMEDNAGAR

Cleaning of Sewage line of dia 150 mm bore pipe lines of any description in between two consecutive manholes to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but 200 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item herein above but 300 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pumping out Sewage water from the blocked sewage line of or overflow manholes of any description and depth in between two consecutive manholes by sewage suction /Jetting machine (with high pressure water supply mounted) / vacuum operated suction machine or sewer Jetting Machiche and is effective in collecting sludge and sewer from the cesspit or Jetting the Water Through high Pressure for opening the sewer Line. for removing any type of blockage (Cost of No labour deemed to be included in rates coated by Contractor) . complete all as per specified and directed and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole. and remove sluge from outside Mod land.

Cleaning of septic tanks of the following capacity by dewatering all the water, taking out the sludge/ night soil. Flushing the septic tank with clean water in order to remove all stacked mud/sludge etc cleaning the choked inlets. Outlets of septic tank removing all the sludge to outside MoD land including surface dressing of the septic tank around the distance not less than 3 mtr all specified and directed. Septic tank capacity upto 100 users complete all as per specified and directed. Note:- The night soil / sludge including water obtained by cleaning of the septic tank shall be taken out in closed container and disposed off outside MoD land by excavating a pit of adequate size and depth not exc.1.5m

Cleaning of manhole of any description, any size and any depth including removing sludge and deposited outside MD land etccomplete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and desilting of Gully Trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc and disposal of same, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of blockage from 'S' trap/'P' trap/ Nahani trap/floor trap by flushing or by sucking by suction pumps at GF/ Ist/ IInd/ IIIrd floor or any floor including cleaning the line upto 1st manhole complete all as per specified and directed. Note : (i) The unit rate quoted shall be demed to be included the elements of labour only for rectifying and making the fittings and fixture functional. If replacment of part/items is required to make the fitting functional,the cost for labour and material for the same will be easured and paid for as S&F in repairs under relevent items of this schedule here in after and in such cases this item will not be measured and paid for.ii) The contractor will deploy minimum one safhaiwala from 0900 Hrs to 1700 Hrs iii) The Safhaiwala shall be employed all working days (incl sundays and holidays, if required) they will report to JE(Civil) concern at 0900 Hrs at AGE B/R Office.iv) The unit rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of working & attending the complaints as diected by JE(civil) or Engr in Charge.v) The Safaiwala who is on duty must be provided with common mobile cell to faciliate and render good services to the users. vi) Complaints slip to be collected daily from complaints cell/AGE B/R . vii)Contractor shall provided all the necessary tools/Ladder and make necessary transportion arrangements etc required for attending complaints with proper tool bag.

Demolishing brick/PCC block work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200mm thickness of grade M10 from aproved manufacturer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as per specified and directed.
