Unloading, shorting member wise and stocking properly galv. structure at the store of 132 KV S/S Naini Complex.

Shifting of 1 core, 630 sqmm so 33 KV Power cable from store to work place, laying of above cable in trench from existing main bus to new main bus in two length of approx. 87.5 M. each (one length will remain as spare in trench)

Fixing of 05 no. 150W LED Street light fitting work include laying of 2 core cable from nearest AC cubical source to light fitting with switching box & required. Cable will be provided by department.

Erection of auxiliary and main structure including shifting material from store to work site including cost of labour & required T&P.

Laying & stringing of 33 KV Main Bus, between erected CCR & CCM for 33 KV New Bay 12 meter length of twin ACSR Moose Conductors including hoisting of Disc Insulator Tension String with Tension Fitting alongwith shifting of the conductors, Tension fittings, spacers etc. from stores at the Sub-station to Switchyard. (1 Job per Phase per Section)

Jumpering from 33 KV Main Bus of twin ACSR Moose conductor with 33 KV Feeder's, equipments, 33 KV Section isolator, BSI, CB, CT, PT, LA & LI and jumpering to gantry for going to distribution & also from termination kit 01 end of 33 KV PT and anther end of 33 KV Section Isolator with the help of ACSR Moose/Panther conductor and suitable clamps/connectors including, cutting, bending, shaping etc. of the Conductor as per Site Requirement. Connector & other hardware fitting provided by department.

Laying and termination of required copper control cable through GI pipe (B class standard make) of 2"/1.25" dia including GI -T elbow from CT/PT /Junction box to metering point in metering room (GI Pipe, T, Elbow, etc. and cable will be provided by department)

Laying of control cable secondary side of 33 KV CT/PT to Junciton Box then from CT/PT Junction box to C&R Panel, VCB/BSI/LSI to control relay panel AC & DC Supply to all required equipments to control relay panel work include proper dressing of cable at regular interval of 01 meter with suitable size of tie. (cable provided by department free of cost)

Cable termination at VCB/CT/PT/BSI/LSI Junction Boxes to C&R Panel and CT/PT turrets to CT/PT Junction boxes with proper ferruling & dressing (Ferrule provided by contractor)

Earthing of structures and equipments (CT/PT/Isolater Boxes/C&R Panel/Cubical Panel/VCB, LA & lattic type structure) by 50x6 mm size MS Flat & Earthing of new made cable trench by 25x6 mm size MS Flat including cutting, bending, laying approx 800 mm below site the ground including with main earth mat jointing & painting with non corrosive paining at the flat on structure with green paint after 01 coat of red oxide primer and back filling of excavated earth along with raiming and other associated work and also earthing of new trenches of 25x6 Sq. mm MS Flat.

Installation of 33 KV Cable Termination kit and for 33 KV 1-core 630 sqmm XLPE Power cable. Work includes stretching the cable loop from trench, peeling/removing the insulation of 3 cores of cable on both side of cables in length suitable for proper installtion of cable box and after providing proper insulation placing the same in the trench. All man, material T&P shall be provided by contractor at his own cost. (01 job for both end per phase).

Fixing equipment names plate of MS Sheet 16 gauge of size 200x300 mm with hole of S/S in the top centre for fastering & writing name of equipment black colour after painting sheet with 02 coat of red primer & 01 coat Yellow colour.

Fixing bay name display board of MS Sheet 16 gase size 400x250 mm with the help of MS pipe having inner frame approx. size 2"x1" with welding of two legs of MS angle of 03 feet and writing name of bay black colour after painting sheet with 02 coat of red primer & 01 coat yellow colour both side of display board including digging, grounting, concreating (1:2:4 Ratio), 1.5 feet from ground level & all associated work to installed Bay name display board.
