Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement Four sand and Eight hard broken stone) using 40mm gauge hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15cm, thick, compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Random rubble masonry using NEW stone in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) including necessary provision of bond stone with simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar above ground level complying with standard specifications

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five sand) using country bricks ground molded of size 23x11x7 cm for the following including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Brick Jelly 40mm size for filling soak pit inner etc., complete complying with standared specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with Cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cms x 60cm and 10 gauge stiffened welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (Country wood) Joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Supplying and fixing of Indian type water closet including all charges etc.

Supplying and fixing of Europian type water closet including all charges etc.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and three sand) 10mm thick including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades and staircase steps, landing slabs, etc complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, 20mm thick

Dadooing walls with Glazed tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with standard Specification

Towards the cost of steel door of size 0.75mx 1.80 m including all charges etc.

Distembering using best quality and approved variety of colour pigments including cost of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges, etc. complete complying with standard specification, (Stainer and colour solution should not be used)

Ultima Exterior Emulsion Paint using best quality and approved variety of colour pigments including cost of all materials, brushes and scaffolding charges, etc. complete complying with standard specification, (Stainer and colour solution should not be used)
