Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all arches, pillars all quoins etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as directed.

Dismantling wall/ ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc.) or insulations boards /slabs/blankets any thickness incl. cover fillets and alum snap grid complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding/plaster (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of concrete ( un reinforced ) in ground floors and paving nexc 15 cm thk (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as directed.

Dismantling of unserviceable PVC water tank of capacity exc 500 litre and n. exc 1000 litre and complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing unserviceable PVC water tanks of capacity 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for replacement complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only water tanks of capacity 500 Ltr incl cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of circulating pipes.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plain exc. 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/ semi corrugated etc) sheet in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled Sections as in main croos beams , hip and jack rafters; purlins, where connected to common rafter , posts etc. conf to Fe-410-w (gdeE-250 quality-A) complete all as directed.

M &L for MS work as in wind tie or any other work incl cutting, drilling holes etc complete all as directed.

M&L for MS Plates (plain or chequrred) channels,square cut, notched chamfer or square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment with MS Gde Fe 410-0 complete all as directed

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexogonal or square heads at one end & screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers & one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n.exc 5 cm long, diameter of shank 11 mm to 15mm complete all as directed.

M & L for mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exceeding 30cm long of dia of neck in mm exc 12 and not exc 20mm complete all as directed.

M & L for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc.all as per manufactures instructions with all fittings and accessories etc complete.

All as per item No 17 above above but plain sheet fix in valley gutter / ridge complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 sqm each and removing to store.

Ditto all as per item no 20 above but n'exc 1.5 Sqm each.

Taking down shutter of any description exc. 1 sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing PVC door frame (50x47) mm made out of plain colour5 mm thich PVC Sheet re in forced with MS Square Tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick ( Style ) consisting of frame made out of MS Tubes for top & bottom rails.MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ' C 'Channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC Sheets for top rail , lock rail & bottomrail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC Sheet to be fitted in the MS Frame welded / sealed to stiles & rails with suitable PVC Sheet beading, jointed together with solvent cement,supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F factory made 35 mm thick glazed & skeleton shutter of 2nd class hard wood open rebated and prepared to receive gauge (divided into squares with sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted without & fitted beads for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Pt-I Sec-8 clause 8.23 (a) and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified.

S & F in repairs steel window double leaf double shutter (gauge shutter will open inside and glaze shutter will open outside) with side hung shutter including box type hinges with peg stay 300mm long and 100 mm long handles of Z Section welded to frames & 150 mm long tower bolt welded to shutter one each at top and bottom to each shutter complete with glazing bar for one shutter and gauge bars of FI 10x 3mm thick dovetailed or welded .All as specified incl 12mm Square guard bars complete all as directed.

Cutting holes in stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fast/lugs & making good disturbed portion in CM 1:3 or cement congrete 1:2:4, type B-1 as required (Depth of embedded portion of hold fasts orings measured from the face of the jamb into wall exc half brick but no exc one brick complete all as directed.

Taking down Old Aluminium Sections of Door & windows with frame and shutters of any size of opening each and removing to stores complete all as directed.

M&L for Marble work green marble 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble shade complete all as specified.

M&L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over and including cement screed based 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab incl cutting polishing and rubbing complete.

All as per item No 48 above but on skirtings incl 10 mm th rendering in CM (1:4) complete.

M&L for vitrified coloured tiles 10mm th (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile 0.30 sqm but n exc 0.42 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as directed.

Ditto above item No 50 but on skirting over 10 mm th rendering in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles 350 mm x 250mm/450mmx350x7 to 7 mm thick as in vertical surfces set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement incl backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 all as direced.

S & F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of 500 litre capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

S & F hangers 6 mm dia G.I. ( up to 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 X 3 mm size 60 mm long complete all as specied and as directed.

Taking down existing treatment of any description and any layer from roof including scraping and roughening old by picking, sweeping clean and washing down to remove dust etc.complete and applying/brushing the cleaned surface with neat cement slurry 3 Kg per Sqm complete.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces / slabs with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement for filling depressions if any to receive water proofing treatment (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately) complete all as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment using polymerised membrane to roof slab. Water proofing treatment shall be as under :- (a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, washed, dried up & cleaned to remove all foreign materials & dust to receive primer. (b) On the dried roof surface, apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 100 Gm/ Sqm as per manufacturers instruction. (c) On this primed surface, the approved APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester mat asreinforcement weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/ Sqm laid by torch application metho and top surface shall be applied with bituminous aluminium paint. (d) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on longitudinal direction & 100mm on transverse direction.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate lacing coarse at junctions of roof and parpet wall as specified and directed.
