Repair and Servicing of Diesel Engine Make: Jonhson directly coupled with alternator of 180 KVA capacity, draining out the existing engine oil from the bottom of the oil sump and checking the entire serviceablity system of DG set testing and commissioning the same including charging of alternator at site and control panel wiring/connection correction complete all as specified and as directed. Note: New Spares as required shall be measured and paid separately "as supply only" under followings items and the work of maintenance shall be carried out through manufacturer or their authorised dealer only complete all as specified and as directed :-

Taking down down/dismantling old/rusted/broken steel poles/struts,removing from site and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacemet Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous paint from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Paint over a coat of Primer (Externally from Top of Coping), including necessary earth work, excavation, PCC 1:3:6 using 40mm graded sone aggregate for foundation and coping with PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm stone aggregate and smooth finish complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantaling & taking down unserviceable street light fittings LED Fittings/ CFL Fittings, Pin /Holder type from pole or from bldgs for repairs including replacement of unserviceable part, driver, integral wiring with appropriate gauge copper conductor and refixing the same after repairs in original position properly using PVC insulation tape or where directed complete including replacement of any spares,cable connections from OH conductors, or from junction boxes to light fitting complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares items such as LED driver and cable etc, will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M&L in replacement street light bracket made out of 32 mm dia with two GI pipe medium grade 120 cm long cut to size and bend to shape, fixing for LT steel poles with flat iron clamps 40mm x 6 mm – 04 sets for fixing two LED light including nuts, bolts and washers including one coat of aluminium pait over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down of old unserviceable complete all as specified.

Material and labour for replacement of junction boxes with new Thermoplastic Cable Junction Boxes IP66/67 "weather proof" , for outdoor installation with knockouts for cable entry with terminals suitable for 10-16sqmm cable off Size 155 X 210 X 92 mm incl busbar fixed in repairs and including Necessary civil works and connecting all incoming and outgoing wires with AL lugs of appropiate sizes and complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for fabrication of Sheet metal enclosure, powder coated of Timelite Distribution Boards TIMELITE-40A, 3P, 230V Digital time switch for automatic Switching of street lights internally pre wired by using suitable lugs including fixing with MS Clamp 40X5 mm to steel/RCC poles incl connection consisting of the following: (i) Digital time switch 24 hrs operation 240 Volts (ii)3 pole contactor 40Amps (iii) MCB FP 40 Amps

Taking down LT UG Cables of any size from trenches/poles complete after disconnection complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT cable in trenches or on poles / walls, XLPE Insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sq mm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ poles/ under road/ floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm dia GI tubing light grade with all necessary fittings laid in trenches, fixed to walls/ poles/ under road/ floor etc for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sq m on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for cable protection using clean dry sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches brick common burnt clay building brick, sub class 'B' designated- 75 with width equal to length of brick for cable protection complete.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundations of Poles and filling of mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and Labour in replacement for garden light LED post top 20W heritage type, IP 65 & IK-10 protection with silent observer and giving light, diffuser at the upper portion acts a beacon of path guidance in a landscape enironment fixed on existing pipe having old PCC 1:4:8 type D2 40mm graded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement LED Post Top Lantern of new generation, energy, saving, environmental friendly, long life aesthetically designed with symmetrical light distribution, spun aluminium landscape Luminaris with high power LEDs as light source of 25 Watt LED including fixing on 40 mm dia grouted post incl making protection cage of using MS work of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv Earthing of any type including all its accessories complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work, in soft/loose soil, removing soil upto 50m, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT Bars @ 10cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 20mm dia bars, funnel, strainer, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt and testing on completion , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connecting to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing conductor by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and all as shown in Electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part I and including testing on completion all as specified locationscomplete all as specified and directed. Note: 1.The above quoted rate shall include cost of main earthing lead of 32 x 6mm GI earth strip, charcoal, salt, excavation and earth work in any type of soil CI cover, funnel with 20mm dia light grade GI water pipe including GI protection pipe 40mm dia light grade for earth strip etc. 2. The cost of earth pit is deemed to be included in the unit rate.
